We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
i don't usually use BB creams, but i like this product. i won't wear it every day, but it's nice to have it around for when i do want to wear it.4
This product was okay - i'm not a fan of using skincare as my foundation. I usually use mineral makeup. but i thought the color looked nice.2
It is very light and airy, I would recommend it but I think it is a little pricey for what they offer.4
I don't use liquid makeup so I was a little hesitant to try this product. Used it this morning and I really like it. It blended really well, and I am halfway through my workday and my face doesn't feel oily at all.4
I already use primer so maybe that's why I don't really have any interest in BB cream. When I replaced my primer with this product, the effects were pretty much the same, not exactly life changing. I recommend it if you're looking to change up your beauty routine, though.3
I never wear foundation or anything on my face and have been meaning to purchase something to special events. Last time I was looking, I found everything to be too heavy and couldn't imagine wearing it. I found this to be surprisingly lightweight. I don't feel the need for much coverage but this seemed to look even. I will likely purchase this next time I need to step up my make up.4
I was disappointed by this BB cream - maybe because I've heard mostly good things about this brand. I thought it didn't spread well and was a little dry (if that makes sense?), and didn't even out my skin tone any better than less expensive, drug store BB creams.2
I've tried one or two BB creams before, but wasn't really impressed. I'm VERY fair, and it seemed like all of the products I tried acted more like a bad tinted moisturizer than the awesome BB creams the Internet seemed to be raving about. They miscolored my skin, didn't blend well, felt tacky, and just didn't make my skin feel good, so I gave them up as being "not for me".
At least until I got the Dr. Jart sample in my box this month! I tried it out the first time the other day, and it was like a breath of fresh air! It felt nice and nourishing, made my skin feel great, and without adding too much unnecessary pigment, it evened out my skin tone and made everything look great. My one beef is that the sample size is pretty teeny, but I guess that just means I'll have to buy some! :)
i like the light texture of this cream. It offers just enough coverage and moisturizer for days when I don't want to wear a lot of makeup.5
Used this BB cream once and while the coverage was nice and light, it made me break out majorly. Can't say I'll be buying this one.3
