We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
I have a hard time finding a foundation that doesnt look caked on. I even purchased a different brand tinted moisturizer and that even left my face looking like I had foundation on. With that said I must say I loved this product. I thought it went on smooth and gave me good coverage. I like a lighter coverage and this product did the job. I also liked that it didnt leave my skin oily. I find that some tinted moisturizers do leave skin a little oily looking. I am definitely going to splurge and purchase this product when I run out of the sample.5
I love the idea of this product...tinted and SPF, but I did not like the way the cream settled into my pores. I also need more moisture than this product was giving.3
I was worried this would be too olive for my peachy skin tone, but it blended GREAT. I only needed a tiny bit of it, too, for even, full coverage, and that greenish tint worked well to minimize redness from after washing my face. I absolutely love this product.5
Great balm. "all in one".. need I say more? although the $32 price is a little heavy for the size.5
This product didn't do it for me, I don't care for the texture and it doesn't give me enough coverage. It is basically a tinted mousturizer with a new name.1
My skin can be very dry around my nose due to allergies so I regularly use a tinted moisturizer. This product went on very think and did not absorb into my skin. It appeared chalky and flaky around my nose. It did not feel very moisturizing either.1
This is one of the better quality BB creams that I have tried. It's very lightweight and covers just enough to even out my skin tone. Before trying this BB cream, I usually use Boscia's BB cream which is a bit thicker in consistency. I might consider switching between the two during warmer and colder months. I would like to see more shades, however. It's a tad bit fair for my complexion but it adjusts itself after a little while of wear. Overall this is a great product that I will definitely be purchasing right away.4
Love this. I have used this as a foundation while moisturizing my face. You can apply more to build the color up so you will have that perfect match. It's a great moisturizer too.4
Love BBs! This one has a great texture but is a bit sheer for my liking. Buildable coverage but still too sheer. I still had to wear a powder foundation over it for coverage.4
I LOVE the Dr. Jart Premium Beauty Balm and I assumed I would love this, but I actually was really disappointed. It's much thinner with less coverage, the color is much lighter, and it has a shiny finish. The first day I tried swapping this out for my Premium someone asked me if I felt ok because I looked washed out! No thanks, I'll stick to Dr. Jart's other wonderful products!3
