We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
I was pleasantly surprised with this BB cream. It is the first one I have tried, so I don't have much to compare to, but it has nice coverage. It smooths out my skin tone, covers some of my red spots, without being sticky or flaky.4
I don't think that this product should be advertised as a moisturizer. My first application was on to freshly washed and dried skin and it felt like i was painting it on. I didn't feel like it was going on smoothly at all. I do like the end results - a matte finish that is on trend with fall/winter skin. However, I would definitely put on a moisturizer and/or a primer first. It did leave my skin feeling smooth and soft, which was a definite plus!4
this is great ! it has a thick consistency and then blends into your skin super easily, its very light & feels like water. it gives medium coverage & dries to a very natural finish that lasts all day.5
I wasnt so sure about this face bb cream, only because ive tried bbs creams before and they havent stayed true to their word. BUT that being said, i absolutely would reccomend this cream to anyone that has combi skin. its amaxing and keeps my skin feeling fresh and not cakey under my makeup!4
Great product. Super moisturizing but not greasy. Really liked the way it made my skin feel.4
It has a great texture, but offers no coverage for me. I know that it isn't supposed to have full coverage, but it offered literally no coverage. It did even my skin tone though. I am on the fence. I will try it again a few more times but I doubt I will purchase.3
I really liked this product. My only complaint is that the color is a little light for my complexion but am sure that it will work well in the winter time. I will keep this mositurizer on my list for potentials when I need some new lotion.4
When I apply this product it seems WAY too light for my skin and has a chalky look, but that seems to vanish after a few minutes. The coverage is surprisingly opaque for a product that's also a moisturizer. Decent oil control.3
I don't typically use a foundation, I stick to tinted moisturizers, so this is a bit too much coverage for me. If you are used to that level coverage, then this is a great, moisturizing product!4
I have light skin and freckles, so I need a BB cream with good coverage. I use one of the traditional BBs produced in Asia, and it works very well for me. The Dr. Jart product had too much water in it, and you could see every uneven patch on my face. This would be good for someone who doesn't like to wear much foundation but would sometimes like a more finished look.2
