We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
So how excited was I to find this in my box? YIPPEE!!!! I saw the product shown as a beauty must have on one of the morning news shows and really wanted to try it, but also have really sensitive skin. So what a treat to get to try this from my box of goodies.
It covers amazingly, and I think I love it almost as much as my Bare Minerals....
I like the way this feels and that is has SPF. However, I find that I need a little more coverage than this provides.4
As with most "one color fits all" products, just too dark for me. Otherwise, seems nice.3
Nice for sheer coverage. Sample did not completely match my skin tone, so its hard to say whether I truly like it..3
First of all, I love the smell of this product... smells like sunscreen, which makes me feel like I'm going to the beach even though I'm heading to work! It really gives a good layer of coverage and reduces redness, but I still always apply my foundation over it. It does an okay job hiding my shine, unfortunately my skin is super oily so I still haven't found that perfect product that does away with my shine completely, but this would probably work perfectly for people with a regular amount of oil.4
not the right skin shade.. gave me a white cast and didnt even out my skin tone2
I love how well the product blends. I need a little extra to cover blemishes, but my skin evens out perfectly.
Though I already own a full size of the Water Fuse and the Premium version of the DrJart creams....I still haven't made a full decision about them. I feel that the "auto-correct" color is a little on the light side. During the winter it's a perfect color for me, but I tan a little in the summer. And I understand that the brand doesn't claim to match all skin types....just be forewarned that it tends to be on the light side and you'll need to mix it with a little foundation or wear another color foundation over it. Which kind of defeats the purpose of a BB cream....3
Matched me well and I like the consistency of it. Trying to justify the $32 to buy the full size!4
this product is light and goes on smooth. I didnt think the coverage was as good as some of the other bb products I have tried but it is a good primer for under makeup.4
