We're always skeptical when products promise the sun and the moon, but Dr. Jart's Premium Beauty Balm truly delivers. A four-in-one primer, moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum, the formula helps you cut down on the grooming clutter. This tinted balm uses adenosine to improve skin's elasticity and arbutin to brighten and even out skin tone. An antioxidant bio-peptide complex provides anti-aging properties and promotes collagen production, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide add broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
This sample didn't have but one use in the container it came in and when I used it it left me looking greasy oily and dirty3
Overall great product, but nothing unique about it.3
While I liked the SP factor of this beauty balm I am not sure it worked any better than any other beauty balm on the market.3
I was looking forward to trying this product because of the reviews but was disappointed with the size of the sample and the fact that the color was too light for my skin. My daily routine includes Garnier's Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream in the light/medium shade which gives me great coverage and matches my skin tone very well. This BB cream was very light in both coverage and color; I don't like heavy make up but after I applied this with a sponge, I felt like it almost disappeared except for the fact that my skin was lighter because of the color of the product. When I looked up the full size product on Birchbox, I couldn't find any option to select shade, so this seems to be a "one size fits all" product. Also, I had to SQUEEZE to get anything out of the tube for the first use--there was barely anything inside, I was able to use this twice before I ran out of product. For 1/4 of the cost (and more product), I'd recommend Garnier's BB cream which comes in three shades.3
I think this is pretty on par with all others I've used like this. I can't list anything extraordinary about or nor negative... I know that is not super helpful, but that's how this one is -- I"m in the middle.3
Ive tried all kinds of balms and will continue to do so. i do like this one but id also be willing to continue trying different things. My skin changes with the weather so this one would be my fall winter go to .3
This is a nice BB cream, but does not give me the coverage I need. For such a high price, I would rather go with another BB with more coverage.3
I think if the color more closely matched my skin tone, I would really love this BB cream. Coverage was great, cream was light, did not make me break out. The color was strange though, kind of a taupe, and looked odd on me. Would like to try again, but this time in a color that worked for me.3
First of all, it feels wonderful on the skin. This product is spf 45 and does not feel greasy at all. As far as it being a bb cream... it provides "me" no coverage whatsoever, but I have tons of redness. Also, this product has more of a pink undertone and that's just no good for me.3
this BB cream was too dark for my complexion - it made me look slightly orange. it was also a bit of a greasy formula and made my skin shinier than i prefer.3
