We're always skeptical when products promise the sun and the moon, but Dr. Jart's Premium Beauty Balm truly delivers. A four-in-one primer, moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum, the formula helps you cut down on the grooming clutter. This tinted balm uses adenosine to improve skin's elasticity and arbutin to brighten and even out skin tone. An antioxidant bio-peptide complex provides anti-aging properties and promotes collagen production, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide add broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
This is a very good product, but it states it is for all skin tones and it's not. For those who are very pale this is too dark3
this is great light coverage that is really an all in one! it moisturizes like my daily SPF moisturizer and does a light primer as well, and is tinted like a foundation! it can take the place of 3 different products in my cabinet5
This cream does cover up my pores fairly well but a little too greasy for me. I have another product from DHC that I absolutey love!3
The texture felt strange, and the color was odd. I do not recommend this product.2
I hate to give bad reviews BUT...for this product I give a thumbs down. Reason being I don't use foundation I wear mineral powder. The end result of the (tan colored) balm and powder were freighting. I am fair skinned but after said two products I looked like Donald Trump's fake tan he was sporting on the CELEBRITY APPRENTICE this past season. I so wanted it to work. So thumbs down!!!2
I do love his brand. I had never heard of it before Birchbox. Looks great on my skin but too rich for my blood.5
I have a light/medium complexion, and this cream gave my skin a sickly gray hue. I put it on in my bathroom and it looked bad. I went outside to make sure it wasn't just bad lighting and it was even worse.3
This feels so good on my skin. I like the coverage. I love the SPF. I will definitely be buying this as soon as my sample runs out. I can see myself wearing just this in the summertime!5
Thin, doesn't feel like too much on the skin, light coverage. looks good with powder on top. a tiny bit oily.4
I wasn't initially too thrilled with this sample, but have recently realized the value of a nice tinted sunscreen for days where I feel like wearing only light make up. The formula is a little bit heavy but not terrible by any means, and it's got an okay SPF too...(I'd love to see something 50 or higher though!)4
