We're always skeptical when products promise the sun and the moon, but Dr. Jart's Premium Beauty Balm truly delivers. A four-in-one primer, moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum, the formula helps you cut down on the grooming clutter. This tinted balm uses adenosine to improve skin's elasticity and arbutin to brighten and even out skin tone. An antioxidant bio-peptide complex provides anti-aging properties and promotes collagen production, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide add broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
I don't like to wear heavy makeup and powder is typically sufficient for me. While I liked the way this product covered my face, I do not like the feeling of my face - it feels like a film.3
I really like the products I've owned from Dr. Jart before. This has a lovely consistency and goes on well, but is too ashy for my Irish skin. Would work well on someone perhaps not so fair.4
I received this item in my January Birchbox and I would have to say that I'm not wowed or impressed with it. Small sample size.3
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I f it had a tiny bit more coverage it would be perfect. It goes on smooth and blends very well. I'm always looking for ways to avoid foundation and this product is pretty darn close.4
I thought the coverage was very light to medium, which is great for those no makeup-makeup days where you want to look even toned, but not like you're going out full glam. Skin was soft, and not greasy feeling. Size was a good amount, and you can build it up a bit in more troublesome areas without it getting streaky. I love the Jart + products as it is, so I was not that shocked that this was another winner on their part.5
I really liked that this was light and creamy but still provided good coverage.4
I think this will be great in the summer! It was super lightweight and felt great all day!4
I love BB cream and use it in place of foundation, I have tried different ones and was excited when I got this in my Birchbox this month. I tried it and I felt that it was too oily for my skin.3
I have only used this once, it was a little light for my skin, but I liked the texture on my face and I also like the fact that it has 45 spf in it, very small sample.3
honestly... it's not bad, but the smell is kinda weird. works alright, though.4
