Leave your yoga notions at the door—it’s time to talk about outer balance. This shampoo controls overactive sebaceous glands, which can leave hair greasy, heavy, and generally out-of-whack. Regular use will restore harmony to your scalp…no Namaste required.
I've had oily hair my entire life. I used to rely on baby powder and now dry shampoo is my go-to product. Summer can be dreadful for me as my normally oily hair turns into an oil slick. I've been searching far and wide for a shampoo that could actually help me. Most shampoos are just reactive and help with washing away the oil. I was looking for seething more proactive and that worked to prevent the oil.
This is the first product I've tried that does seem to really help! I only use it a max of three times a week, but I find myself looking forward to the days that I get to use it! Every morning I still spray a light dusting of dry shampoo in my hair to prevent the oil, but Ive noticed that the shampoo does a miraculous job of keeping the oil away. It might not be perfect, but this shampoo is the closest thing I've found as a solution that solves my oily hair situation. I see myself using this product for years to come, unless seething even better comes along!
You won't be disappointed if you try it - I promise!
As someone who struggles with dandruff this product is a necessity.5
I assume this works, it smells good. Wish I wasn't bald....1
I was hoping this shampoo would help my oily hair, but I have yet to see a difference. I have used it quite a few times and it doesnt seem to help. I think the main problem is that it doesnt lather and with my hair being so thick, I have to use so much of it. I think I might return it since I am not having any luck. :(3
I love Davines shampoos usually but this did not smell good, did not feel good and I just wasn't impressed. I bought the full size thinking I couldn't go wrong, but its just not ideal for my hair.2
I like this product but not as much as I like other davines products I have tried. It is still gentle and effective so I do not plan on returning it I just wont reorder4
This smells amazing- hands down. I love it, my girlfriend loves it, and my hair loves it (well I assume it would if my hair could speak).
Purchased this on a park because I have heard so much lately about the benefits of using sulfate-free shampoos. Once I got used to the less-foamy aspect, I notice an amazing difference in my color-treated hair. The color has endured and stayed vibrant, and my hair doesn't have its typical weathered feel. I am actually able to go an extra few weeks between hair appointments, which is a bonus!5
I've always loved and trusted this brand, so it's no wonder that when I had a hair problem, Davines is where I turned. My normal wavy hair has developed a slightly oily scalp, so that I have to wash my hair every other day to avoid oil, which is a new occurrence for me, and I've tried other shampoos that work in the short term. This rebalancing shampoo is lovely, though; it feels like my hair is finally back to normal. Try it!5
I like the schent of the product. The thing I like most is that it leaves my hair feeling really soft. I have used conditioners before and this product works even better than most of them have for sure. I purchased this product once I tried my sample.4
