Ever since we watched the first season of “Gossip Girl,” we’ve been huge fans of Blake Lively’s flowing waves. So we were excited to learn that the blonde actress was the inspiration behind Kérastase’s new serum. Specially designed for long hair, the leave-in treatment adds a high-definition shine while sealing each cuticle (bye bye, split ends). Plus, the light, gorgeously scented formula won’t weigh down your strands.
This product smells really good and that's the only thing I like about it. I have healthy hair so the oil just makes my hair oily and the scent that I like goes away as soon as it's on my hair.2
It seemed like a small sample. Didn't feel a ton of value from the tiny size.2
Not really a product for curly hair. Smelled nice but didn't really do much for me. I still have some left to try if I ever flat iron (but it's going into summer so it will be a long time).2
I wanted to like this. It smelled very nice and was lightweight and didn't weigh down my fine hair. It did create a LOT of static in my hair though, which was annoying. Also it didn't seem to add any more shine or frizz control than other serums.2
A stylist turned me on to Kerastase Oleo Relax Serum years ago and it is hands down my favorite, so this product had a high standard to exceed and didn't meet my expectations. I prefer the Oleo Relxa Serum in smell, effectiveness, and overall performance. This may be a better product for someone just wanting to add some shine to their hair, but didn't moisturize my ends as I had expected.2
I loved it when I put it on, but not really sure how I feel about it afterwards. Seemed to leave my hair more dry and greasy than other products. It's ok.2
Didn't do much for my course/naturally curly hair. Tried both wet and dry.2
Reading the product description I think this product is aimed at girls with wavy hair, who need a bit of frizz control but not too much. I have curly hair and no matter how much of this I put on, it seemed to do nothing.2
My hair is already pretty shiny, thin, and really greasy, so a product for adding shine just adds weight and helps my hair look dirtier faster. I think it would be great for really dry thick hair, though!2
This product is nice, but you have to be careful, a little goes a long way. This makes hair very shiny, which can be seen as greasy so be careful. This product is great for dry platinum blondes.2
