Ever since we watched the first season of “Gossip Girl,” we’ve been huge fans of Blake Lively’s flowing waves. So we were excited to learn that the blonde actress was the inspiration behind Kérastase’s new serum. Specially designed for long hair, the leave-in treatment adds a high-definition shine while sealing each cuticle (bye bye, split ends). Plus, the light, gorgeously scented formula won’t weigh down your strands.
They struck a good balance between moisture and weight, I liked this a lot, but probably won't spring for the full size.3
I have used this a few times, and I haven't noticed a difference. I'm not living in a climate where I would expect to have frizz issues, so maybe that's why. The smell is fine, but I don't like the consistency - leaves a sticky feeling on my hands. It might be great for people with lots of frizz, but it would be a waste of money for me.3
Can't tell a difference having used it on short hair.3
I could not see any difference in my hair after using this product. But that being said, I have long, curly hair, and I don't think the sample size was large enough for me to really try it. Not impressed.3
I get really excited when I receive products that promise smooth and frizz free hair. This product was not what I expected it to be. I didn't really notice any difference in the frizz in my hair and didn't seem any smoother. Sample was also way too small!3
This product didn't really seem to do much for my hair, but then again it was a small sample and I have very long thick hair so it's hard for me judge how effective the product is3
I thought this product was only just okay. I did notice that my hair was a little shinier but not anymore then my current hair serum. I will say that I do not really have much of a problem with frizz so I can't say if it helps out with that but overall I really wasn't that impressed.3
I have oily hair and this product just weighed it down even more. I used it once and passed it along to my sister to use.3
I used this serum just on the ends of my hair, as directed. I can't say I noticed any significant decrease in the appearance of my split ends or frizziness. The price is insane for not doing much!3
I had high hopes for this serum, but it was just fine, not great but not bad, just OK. The sample was really small, I only got 2 uses out of it (and directions said 1-2 pumps but the sample wasn't a pump so it was difficult to know how much to use). It did make my hair shiny and didn't weigh it down, but it was only moderate in taming the frizz. I'm glad I got to sample it in my monthly birchbox, but I wouldn't splurge to buy it.3
