Traveling can be a stressful experience—whether we’re going through airport security or catching a subway during rush hour. After spilling the contents of our purse in public one too many times, we turned to tili’s stylish, reusable gallon-sized bags. They’re small enough to fit inside your purse or carry-on but large enough to hold all your travel-size toiletries. Each pack comes with nine bags. Choose from six colorful varieties.
I got one of these as a BB sample. I think they are cute and handy, but I wouldn't purchase them.3
I received one of the bags in my September Birchbox and I thought it was really cute and I used it for make up brushes when I traveled. It seemed thicker and sturdier than a normal zip-block bag, but after a couple weeks the top did unfortunately break.3
The plastic is fairly thick and and pliable, so it would wear better than a regular sandwich bag; but I can't see using this too often compared to having a regular fabric/leather make up bag in my purse or vanity. These seem pretty much just useful for traveling, as they're compliant with TSA guidelines and will hold a decent amount of product safely, but you won't get upset if you end up losing the bag itself on your trip (compared to a regular, nicer make up bag.)3
I mean it's a ziplock bag. I think it's a bit unnecessary to pay that much for bags just because they have a design on them. And honestly, I don't even really like the designs they've chosen.3
I like the design of the bag that I received and it is perfect for storing all of my Birchbox samples but this is a product that I would never purchase. For one thing, I cannot travel through airport security with it because it isn't clear and see-through which is kind of the point going through security. Additionally, if I want a closed and decorative container to store my items then I'll simply use my vinyl cosmetic bag which I've had for years and have no need to throw away. Come to think of it, I spent far less on that vinyl bag some 20 years ago than I would pay for one set of these disposable plastic decorative zipper bags. I'll save my money for something more useful and less wasteful.3
These bags are adorable but honestly way too expensive for me! Would rather spend the money on product to put inside the bag than the bag itself.3
Love the bag and perfect for traveling which I do a lot but i only got one use out of it due to the zipper ripping3
I bought these after getting one in my BirchBox. As pretty as they are, but the "zipper" broke off. It came right off in my hand. I think regular snack bags might be better. Another downside: some airports won't let this through security because it is not clear. I recently had that experience.3
These bags are cute and convenient for traveling, but the zipper on mine broke the first time I used it. I'm not sure they are worth the money - they are basically ziploc bags with designs on them.3
The bags are super cute and a nice way to spruce up your carryons. The only thing that could be better is the zipper closure on the bags. They are like ziplocks but much less reliable. I have had the zipper fastener fall off a few times and then have found it very difficult to open the bag because the seal was so tight.3
