When it comes to spotting the trends, there’s no better source than top beauty bloggers. We teamed up with Zoya to help these talented ladies turn their creativity into these exclusive limited edition nail polish shades. First, each blogger made a mood board capturing her favorite spring/summer colors. Next, we asked our Facebook fans to vote for the top three boards, which the polish experts at Zoya used to custom-design this stunning trio. Kate is a pinkish grapefruit that comes courtesy of The Small Things. Eleventh Gorgeous created Coraline, a warm juicy tangerine. Capitol Hill Style is the force behind Belle, a coppery pink which features microscopic bits of iridescent glitter.
They are beautiful in the bottle. And if the polish wasn't so thick maybe it would dry.
A half an hour was my limit of patience I don't know about anyone elses.
Not a great buy I would suggest buying something else.
These polishes are much more sheer than I expected. I had to use 6 coats to achieve a somewhat solid effect. It took very long to dry and doesn't look very neat. I cannot recommend this product.
The colors are great, but what's the point, if the polish is so sheer, the color doesn't come through without a lot of time and effort.
I was really disappointed with the Zoya brand after purchasing this blogger collection of polishes. I didn't realize that these shades were so sheer that in order to get the full color effect you would essentially have to paint that color on your nail opaque first, then use these gels as a top coat. Maybe someone would enjoy the "gel" feel and worrying constantly about whether your nails were dry or not, that person just isn't me.1
I love the colors of this nail polish, but I have tried many, many times to wear it and it never completely dries. It is more like jelly. It also has poor coverage on my nails as well. I have other Zoya nail polishes and I love them and they do not have any of these problems. Not sure if this was a bad batch or what. I hate to say it, but I can't even use the nail polishes. Big letdown.2
2 of the three shades( the ones I was looking forward to the most:( ) are pretty iffy. I have never run into a Zoya product I have not liked....until now. They are gel based and go on really uneven. They are a hassle to deal with and dry uneven. Great colors but formula is off:(2
I was drawn to the beautiful spring colors. I had hoped for something a little more opaque though. I also tried mixing the colors and that was fun, but still very very sheer. Gives more of a hint of color, rather than covering the nail with color2
Was really looking forward to this set but I just went to use it after buying it just under a month ago and the pink polish was hardening up already so I couldn't use it. The coral and orange nail polish are great but I was really looking forward to the pink one.2
I got this kit because I received a Zoya nail polish in one of my birchboxes and loved it! However, when the polishes came in the mail I immediately tried one and noticed it was VERY watery. It was translucent and I couldn't put on enough coats to make the true color shown in the bottle to show up on my nails! I wish it weren't so because I really think these colors are awesome.2
Nice color, does not go on very smooth, looks kinda cheap. For the price I paid for this I could have gotten opi, much better quality.2
Maybe I just don't like these gel type nail polishes, but it took like 4 coats and even then i could still see the whites of my nails. Aside from the type of nail polish, I used a base and a top and I still couldn't' keep the polish on my fingernails. I could even peel them off way too easily. I love the colors, but i am thoroughly disappointed.2
