When it comes to spotting the trends, there’s no better source than top beauty bloggers. We teamed up with Zoya to help these talented ladies turn their creativity into these exclusive limited edition nail polish shades. First, each blogger made a mood board capturing her favorite spring/summer colors. Next, we asked our Facebook fans to vote for the top three boards, which the polish experts at Zoya used to custom-design this stunning trio. Kate is a pinkish grapefruit that comes courtesy of The Small Things. Eleventh Gorgeous created Coraline, a warm juicy tangerine. Capitol Hill Style is the force behind Belle, a coppery pink which features microscopic bits of iridescent glitter.
I love the colors of this nail polish, but I have tried many, many times to wear it and it never completely dries. It is more like jelly. It also has poor coverage on my nails as well. I have other Zoya nail polishes and I love them and they do not have any of these problems. Not sure if this was a bad batch or what. I hate to say it, but I can't even use the nail polishes. Big letdown.2
The Zoya brand has beautiful colors, however they don't seem to last very long.3
It only took two layers after my base and it cover completely I'm very happy with the color and how fast it dry out.5
2 of the three shades( the ones I was looking forward to the most:( ) are pretty iffy. I have never run into a Zoya product I have not liked....until now. They are gel based and go on really uneven. They are a hassle to deal with and dry uneven. Great colors but formula is off:(2
The texture and colors are great... after three coats, or more. If you're the more patient sort, these lasted a while on my nails and applied easily enough, it just was too thin for my tastes.3
I wanted to LOVE this polish. It has very shoddy coverage, though. Needs at least 3 coats. With the orange color, I had to do 4 coats to get opaque coverage (or, enough coverage that the color looked orange, not a weird orangy yellowy shade).3
I was drawn to the beautiful spring colors. I had hoped for something a little more opaque though. I also tried mixing the colors and that was fun, but still very very sheer. Gives more of a hint of color, rather than covering the nail with color2
Fairly sheer. I like the idea of layering them, but in all honesty I prefer an opaque coverage. Wouldn't buy again.3
Love this set, minus the orange color. However, that is just my personal bias (I hate orange). The other 2 colors are gorgeous and I gave my orange "Coraline" color to a friend who could appreciate it. As always, the Zoya formula is fantastic!5
These polish colors (in the jelly-ish formula) are simply gorgeous, especially for this spring/summer where pinks and corals (yeah yeah, like every spring and summer) are making beauty headlines...still, they're stunning on the nail, short or long.5
