While our marine adventures are limited to swimming pools, beaches, and the occasional bubble bath, the skincare experts at Kiehl’s are far more daring. They went to the ocean surrounding the Galapagos Islands to source abyssine, a survival molecule that thrives in extreme underwater environments. Lab tests showed that the ingredient doubles as a remarkable anti-aging treatment for the delicate under eye area. Use this rich cream regularly to combat the signs of fatigue and protect the skin around your eyes from free radicals.
I didn't see anything different under my eyes after using a full bottle of this product. I feel like it may have moisturized but did not help with anti-aging.2
I'm honestly not sure if I noticed any difference after using this eye cream for a few months. But I liked the way it made the skin around my eyes feel. And it made me feel like I was doing something good for that delicate eye skin.3
I loved this product. I plan on buying it. It has a nice light fragrance, soaks into skin and doesn't feel greasy. Very nice.5
Eye cream is the one thing I'm really willing to splurge on. I'm 32 and have a huge fear of aging. I like this product fine, but it's not a miracle worker. I like the size of the product for the price and a little goes a long way. It will definitely last a long time, but I probably will try another product when it runs out.3
I enjoyed this product very much. Mosturizing and fresh around the eye area. It is nice before applying foundation and also before bed.5
If you have lots of under eye problems like I do (darkness, lines and heavy bags) it won't really do a lot to ease all of those problems. It does keep your under eyes moisturized and supple and helps reduces puffiness. I use it in conjunction with my algenist under eye cream and it works well.
This is my first eye cream and I have fine lines under my eyes. I suspect part of my issue is the dry winter air but this has lessened the wrinkles under one eye noticeably. I've been using the sample for well over a month and have at least another month's worth of product (considering I'll be using it on both eyes now). I only use it at night and a little goes a long way. I'll be purchasing this when I'm out. I'll probably start using it in the day too.4
I recently purchased a full size of this product and my eyes and myself are extremely happy that I have. This product is moisturizing enough to use at night so that you don't wake up with over tired looking peepers, but is also light weight enough that you can put it on in the morning and not worry about your makeup clumping over it. I am 27, with no real signs of wrinkling yet, but am prone to dry skin and slight puffiness. I've been using this product for about a month now and for me my skin feels better. My eye skin feels moisturized, refreshed, and if it's being well taken care of to keep them age approaching wrinkles at bay.5
I love both the abyssine cream & it's companion eye cream. This moisturizer is very lightweight and keep my eyes looking fresh and youthful. I love it!!!5
Had high hopes for this one as it (a.) isn't a million dollars, (b.) touts a neat-sounding marine ingredient, and (c.) is from Kiehl's. Alas, 'twas not to be. Totally not special. Nothing remarkable about it. In fact, I feel like my fine lines actually got worse during these last few weeks of use. If all you use eye cream for is hydration, then this works just fine. If you are looking for anti-aging properties and the diminishing of fine lines, then look elsewhere. I won't buy this one again when my lil pot runs out.2
