We never seem to have a headband when we need one, like those times we’re trying to salvage a bad hair day or running on a treadmill with sweaty bangs. Happily, these hip elastic bands are remedying the situation for good. Perhaps the most versatile hair accessory ever, they look equally awesome paired with your workout gear or a sweet sundress. This six-pack comes with a variety of fun colors—from orange to turquoise—to match every mood and outfit.
Extremly lightweight. I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. They also don't give me headaches like all other headbands do.5
I have super thick curly hair so I'd really need something with a lot more of a hold than this. If I had a different hair type, I'd buy these for sure.4
Cute, and I'll definitely be using the one I got as a sample in my birchbox, but nothing special. It's a fun casual accessory, but I've found elastic headbands I like just as well at the drugstore for much less.3
The ends need to be heat sealed to prevent fraying, mine was not.4
The first time I received a Twistband from Birchbox (the ponytail holder), I loved it for the fact that it doesn't tear any hair out upon removal nor leave a dent--especially annoying for ladies who flat-iron. However, it got stretched out pretty quickly and they're pricy if you have to replace them often. So, I like the headband, but I'm skeptical about it's lasting power.3
I just love these twistbands!! I don't ordinarily use headbands because of the discomfort. These are so soft and stretchy..makes it easy to pull hair back without pain.5
The head band came untied and frayed after a couple days of use, plus i found these at the dollar store, 10 in a pack. dont waste your money2
Love the fun colors and they're great for your hair - no snags!!5
I enjoy these little headbands. They are small enough to give a subtle pop of color to your hairstyle without looking overly juvenile.3
his thing is great. It’s simple and pretty, and is tied, so no metal bit to get caught in your hair! People with straight, silky hair, you probably have no clue what I’m talking about. But for my thick curly haired sisters, you probably know the pain of wrenching out a stubborn headband/hairtie. Great Headband!!5
