We never seem to have a headband when we need one, like those times we’re trying to salvage a bad hair day or running on a treadmill with sweaty bangs. Happily, these hip elastic bands are remedying the situation for good. Perhaps the most versatile hair accessory ever, they look equally awesome paired with your workout gear or a sweet sundress. This six-pack comes with a variety of fun colors—from orange to turquoise—to match every mood and outfit.
Pretty great product. Not too tight so it doesn't cause headaches. If you wear it on straight shiny hair with no product, it does shift a little like most headbands will and will require some adjustment during the day. If your hair is texturized, has product in it (besides shine serum), or have oils from "second day hair", it stays better but can leave a very slight indentation where it sat. Overall, I did enjoy it more than most headbands and will most likely purchase some.4
At first to be honest, I thought, "An elastic band?? Really??" But once I used it I realized how well they stay put and keep your hair in place. It is actually a very decent product. They look like a cheap elastic band at first glance (not that they are ugly or look cheap but the idea of it seemed cheap) but I learned not to underestimate the power of a good headband.4
This is the only headband I own that actually stays on my head. Most bands slip right off, or are so tight I can only stand them for an hour or two. This one is perfect, and I got black in my Birchbox, so it goes with everything!5
don't stretch out, don't pull my hair, i really love them!5
At first I didn't think this headband would hold my thick hair but it did surprisingly well. I prefer this headband to others because it is loose but holds all your hair back, it also doesn't leave a crease in your hair.4
I love these headbands! They are a little expensive though, so definitely only a splurge.4
I love the way these are so elastic and don't stick in my hair, But I don't really love how big they are for a pony tail. I end up wrapping them around a million times. But they are pretty cool for headbands and they come in awesome colors.4
I have been looking for a headband while practicing yoga for quite some time and have actually tried the thicker version of the headband from this brand, but that slipped back as well. This thinner one - with the amazing features of the brand in general - was perfect! Not only is it more of a refined look, it's a good headband for downdogs!4
Even though the color options are gorgeous, I don't like the material. They lack elasticity and for someone like me who has extremely thick hair, this would do nothing for me. They are cute and would look great as an add on for a flare or pop of color!3
I was very excited to try this headband because most headbands hurt my head after only a short time. This one never hurt, and I love the bright yellow color I received. However, after less than one day of wearing the knot came undone and had to be retied, and then I noticed the end was fraying.
I don't have confidence that this product would last long enough to justify the price paid.
