Twiggy fans, rejoice: This London-based brand's liquid liner lets you create mod looks in a flash. Rather than frustrating us with a hard-to-control brush tip, it features a pen-style applicator that's completely goofproof, allowing you to control the thickness of the line you create and vary the intensity of your look. Plus, the fade-proof formula will hold up all day and night. Beauty editors adore it too: This liner is a Teen Vogue Beauty Awards winner.
I wasn't a fan of this product. It's hard to apply - although the shape of the liner brush is great, it's hard to apply. I had a hard time getting the liner close enough to the bottom of my eyelid so there was a small gap. I went back in to fill the gap but the brush was actually removing the liner.
The eyeliner does not last throughout the day and easily rubs off. I would not recommend this eyeliner especially for people who live in warmer climates / or the summer time.
I LOVED the sample. Gave it a rave review and recommended it to a client and friends. When I purchased the full size, it worked well for one application and then was completely dried out, like a highlighter with the cap left off overnight. I tried storing it felt side down, and then I asked for a new one, thinking maybe I just had a defective one. The next one was also dry - like it had been used up already. I'm not sure what's going on with their manufacturing, but I used the sample like crazy, every day, and these full size are totally bunk. Really disappointed, and embarrassed I recommended a product based on the rocking sample.1
I don't wear things this rock and roll. I don't even like eyeliner, but seem to get one in almost every Birchbox I receieve. I wouldn't wear this ever!1
Purchased an eyeliner for my mom for mother's day after she enjoyed the sample. The liner arrived so dried-out that she could not use it. Noticed similar cautionary reviews for the full size product on other sites mentioning a prevalence for drying-out. The full size pen my mom received was also a silver pen, not the black pen shown. Buyer beware in this case.1
I got the sample in my monthly box and loved it. I immediately ordered 2 more to give one to my sister and one for myself. When they came, both were completely dried up and felt empty. I tried shaking it and pushing on the tip to get some liquid out but it was totally dry. Birch box has since sent me another 4 for a total of 6 and all were dried out. There must be something wrong on the manufacturers end. I see its out of stock so hopefully that's until they figure out the problem. I loved the sample and would like to continue to purchase if the quality improves!1
I decided to try this eyeliner because of all the positive reviews and I hate it. I can only get through one eye before the tip dries out. I have tried storing it upside-down to re-moisten the tip, but that doesn't help. I do not recommend!1
I ordered this after hearing how awesome it was- but I was sadly let down. It came in a silver applicator not black like the picture- and the felt tip dried out way too fast when I tried to apply it to my eyes. And when I went over it to get a darker more defined line- it rubbed off what was already on my lid so I'd give up and return to my Noir pencil liner. I wanted to switch up my liner looks but I'll have to do more research about the next liquid liner I use. Thankfully it wasn't too expensive because I've already thrown it away.1
I got this as a sample in my Birchbox and was OBSESSED with this eyeliner!!! I thought I'd finally found the perfect eyeliner. It went on so smooth, so black and stayed on so well. It made the perfect cat eye. So then I ran out and ordered two more. They came in different packaging. I got a full size eyeliner as a sample and the packaging was black and the ones I ordered were gray. I just figured maybe the sample ones Are black and then you purchase it it comes in gray packaging. Nope. It's a totally different product. It goes on super dry and then after about 3 seconds it completely dries out and you can't apply it at all!! It's so strange. IM SO SAD!!!! So I returned them and am hoping to find another perfect eyeliner.1
I received my eyeliner and it was completely dried out right out of the package. I am not sure if I should try another one or not.1
I do not do well with liquid eye liner. It just does not go on nicely for me1
