Twiggy fans, rejoice: This London-based brand's liquid liner lets you create mod looks in a flash. Rather than frustrating us with a hard-to-control brush tip, it features a pen-style applicator that's completely goofproof, allowing you to control the thickness of the line you create and vary the intensity of your look. Plus, the fade-proof formula will hold up all day and night. Beauty editors adore it too: This liner is a Teen Vogue Beauty Awards winner.
Wish certain eyeshadows the eyeliner goes on a different color. Not acceptable.1
I've never had an allergic reaction to any cosmetics, and don't have sensitive skin. I used this eyeliner in the morning for the first time, and by 3 pm, my eyes were almost swollen shut, puffy, itchy and red. Washed it off immediately and took an anti-histamine. They were still swollen all night, and after taking a benadryl, woke up with them swollen almost shut the next morning. This continued for close to 48 hours. Extremely disappointed in this product.1
I loathe this pen. For the money, it's a complete waste. It doesn't go on dark at all, you have to apply it multiple times to get the same look I do with my much cheaper liquid liner that I can buy in the store. Don't waste your time or money.1
I rejoiced when I received this eyeliner in my box. I've been using liquid liner for years and was excited about trying a new brand. But after wearing it for a few hours I noticed my eyelid was itchy. Once I removed the liner, exactly where it had been drawn on was bright red and puffy! I was INCREDIBLY allergic to it! Took days for the reaction to subside. I've never had this kind of a reaction to makeup before, but I am very sensitive. Looks like I'll be sticking to Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner.1
I was excited to try, but this product was too dry on my eyelids. It was too hard to work with, would not recommend.1
The product doesn't flow down to to the tip, so each line you make will smudge from having to drag it across your eye a million times.1
this eyeliner, while being good liquid eyeliner, has caused an allergic reaction. My eyes began to itch and burn, then after taking off my makeup I had a red, swollen line along my lid where the liner had been applied. I woke up this morning and my eyes are practically swollen shut, inflamed and really itchy. Wish I'd never tried it :(1
As much as I love a good liquid eyeliner, I was not a fan of this one. I found it hard to control (maybe this is just a me thing because the other reviews seem to say the opposite). I also felt that i wasn't getting a solid consistent line with one layer like I do with the one I am already using at home.1
I do my eye makeup daily and found that if I applied it on top of a shimmer or glitter eye shadow, the black was not necessarily impactful/dark. I also didn't like that the felt tip seemed dry while the thicker part of the brush did apply it well. Ultimately, I just prefer a darker black that can stand up to my Smokey eye.1
I am a loyal Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner kind of gal, but I wanted to try something new. This was highly rated on Birchbox so I gave it a try. I always put my liquid liner on top of shadow, so I expect my liner to still produce a nice, solid line over my shadow. This stuff was dry and only produced a rough, faded line on me. I had a hard time even dragging it evenly across my lash line. I waited a couple more days to try it again, but it still wasn't working for me. I contacted Birchbox for a refund.1
