Our lips are pretty demanding. We have salves to keep them flake-free, glosses to add color and shine, and plumpers for extra fullness. Now we can accomplish all that with a single product, FusionBeauty’s multi-tasking wonder balm. This satiny formula has soothing natural oils to replenish lost moisture, gentle plumping ingredients, and a gorgeous shine. Did we mention that it’s loaded with SPF too?
This was probably my least favorite item in the box. I think the issue is this product tries to do too much. It's a moisturizer, lip plumper and is supposed to and shine and health to your lips. I feel like there are products that accomplish each of these tasks much better. This just underachieves in each category where as I think it should try to focus on one task and do it well. The packaging was great though and I liked the screw cap, which ensures it won't fall off in your purse.2
I didn't notice anything special. It is like a fancy (expensive) chapstick.2
Wasn't quite the right texture - sort of moisturizing, but sticky. I wish it had a little bit of color!2
The balm ended up feeling too thin for me, but what I didn't like the most was the container it was in. I don't like that the balm wiggles around inside as your applying it. I recently got a small size of the Fresh Sugar balm for my birthday from Sephora and it's the same packaging. A few days after starting to use it, I found that the balm had broken off from the base. If I'm going to pay $22 for either of these, why would they think it's acceptable to back such poor containers that allow the balm to break at the base and smush against the side when I'm applying it? The container alone is enough for me to say no to buying it, aside from the lack of true moisturizing abilities.2
I had really high hopes for this product and while it smelled good, it dried my lips out after a while and I saw no plumping effects. I was disappointed.2
I wasn't thrilled with this product, and there is no way I'd pay the $22 to get another, or to have gotten it in the first place. It doesn't moisturize my lips as well as other cheaper products. The "plumping" doesn't exist. I know you're not supposed to be able to feel it, and you can't, but you also can't see a difference. And the fact that those of us who got them, got ones that expire in 2 months kinda turned me off too. All in all, it's nice that I got it for "free", but it's far from nice.2
The SPF is nice, but I really don't see the affects of the plumping. The smell is not particularly special, but is not bothersome. An okay product, but definitely not worth the $22 when Fresh Lipsugar is in the same price range and far superior.2
I don't think the product "plumps" my lips.
However, it is a good lip balm but it is like any other lip balm. I dont feel the price of this product at all justified.
I found that it worked okay, but the smell was really nauseating. The whole time it was on my lips I felt slightly sick to my stomach. This is not something that I want in a lip product.2
Eh, left a little bit of a burning sensation on my lips. dont love it.2
