A better poker night starts with the cards you deal. Between the vintage-inspired plaid design, and replacing the classic joker card with an illustrated Buck, these U.S. Regulation playing cards feel like a relic from a lakeside Wisconsin lodge. Each of the decks, which come in “Striking Arizona Red” and “Casual California Blue,” is stacked with a few extras, including a recipe for the world's oldest known cocktail, the Sazerac. The opening flap of each handsome leatherette box challenges players with the words, “bad luck is bad play.”
The cards are just the classic design. They're high quality though, and they shuffle well. The tuck box feels a bit flimsy but I like the texture and the design a lot. Overall, they're nice cards.5
good quality playing cards, they have a good feel and a classic look. They remind me of my grandfathers when i was a child.5
Got these for my boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loved them. There is a drink recipe inside and the box is classy…perfect for a guys card night!5
This is a fantastic set of cards. They're durable and stand up well to a lot of rounds of play and the design--on both sides of the card--is pleasantly masculine. These are the best cards I've ever owned.5
My husband loved them and has them packed for deer camp. They are nice quality and make a great gift.
These are cards that are far from flimsy. They seem to be made from high quality card stock and look like they'd endure a few drops of spirits during a heated poker match.5
I've owned, collected, handled and destroyed many cards in the last 10 years. Dan and Dave create some of the best cards on the market. These feel great for magic as well as gambling, they're durable and don't stick.5
These are probably some of my favorite playing cards I have ever purchased. I own over 200 decks of cards and the feel an style of this deck is unmatched!5
What can I say? Theyre playing cards. They were out of the nice plaid design pictured so i got my boyfriend the blue patterned ones which don't look as nice but they worked just as well I'm sure. For the price of these though you might as well just purchase regular playing cards unless you want the nice designs.4
I actually like these playing cards. They handle smoothly and fan out quite nicely. They are way better than the "robot" inspired bicycle cards that came in a Birchbox recently. I would purchase this again.4
