No matter how much you tease, blow dry, and pile on the products, your hair will never have the oomph you want without the right shampoo. We swear by Ojon’s coconut-derived formula, which boosts volume by gently getting rid of the scalp oils and residue that weigh hair down. Gentle enough for even baby-fine hair, the natural formula uses a blend of rare tropical nut oils and botanicals that nourish strands.
I was very excited to try out this shampoo when I received it in my box. I have fine/oily hair and can use all the volume I can get.
I was not pleased by the smell (kind of smells like dog shampoo) but decided to try it anyway. Ultimately I decided it wasn't for me because it made my hair feel very dry.
I don't think this shampoo works, at least not for me. I have naturally wavy colored hair and I tried this a few times and I didn't notice an increase in volume. After I shower, I use Orofluido and B&B volumizing hairspray and then blowdry and straighten and I didn't notice a difference.2
The shampoo was nice and did what it needed to but it was nothing special and not worth the money. You could pruchase something chaper and get the same results.2
Maybe it's because I tried just the shampoo and not the product system, but I was only given a sample of the shampoo. The smell is very strong and off-putting. Did not get any more volume than normal (I followed up with my regular conditioner).2
I thought this shampoo was ok but it dried out my hair. I needed to use a lot of conditioner after I used it. I won't use it again.3
Once upon a time, just saying Ojon would make me swoon, but now, something has changed. My hair does not respond to Ojon the way it used too. Maybe I was really spoiled with the Tawaka rare harvest, which is now discontinued. I would still give an arm and a leg for just one bottle! Sigh3
But it's just too expensive for shampoo that does not do anything special, I can use Suave volumizing shampoo and it works just the same.3
Nice, fresh herbal scent. Lathers well, and rinses well. Not sure how much volume it actually adds, but it didn't flatten, so that's good.3
It smells good and it's somewhat volumizing but it's not as volumizing as the shampoo I currently own and use. It's worth buying if Ojon works for you, though. :)3
I have medium/fine hair and was really excited to try this volumizing shampoo. I did not find that this product added any extra volume to my hair. I do not plan on purchasing this product.3
