Our days of over-plucking are happily behind us. But that doesn’t mean we’re content to let our brows run wild: these days, we tame our arches with Benefit’s brow-shaping kit. Available in Light, Medium, and Dark palettes, each set comes with a laundry list of goodies. There’s a pigmented wax for brow shaping, a complementary powder for setting, a mirror, cute precision tweezers, two brushes, and a complete lesson book to help you create sculpted arches. Whether your brows are too sparse or too thick, it will have all your concerns covered from A-Z.
I didn't like the way it sat on my brow, the consistency was off as per my opinion. I wish it would have worked I love benefit products!1
This is the best product. Especially for light eye brows and filling in missing spots or defining brows. The powder doesn't get used as much but it is phenomenal and works well with all brow shapes with a how to kit as well. Comes in various shades for all hair colors.1
The wax was just not pigmented enough (its not that it wasn't dark enough--I am fair--but that it was just more wax than pigment), and I could not get the look I wanted. I hate it because I thought for sure this would be a great product for me.1
only tried using it 2 times with disasterous results both times. i got light but still looked liked joan crawford. the first step was not so bad but the powder just looked like powder caked on my eybrows and the skin underneath...big waste of money for me1
The dark brown color is clumpy. And the lighter brown goes on smooth on my eyebrows. I stopped using the dark brown because it wasn't easy to apply. Even though the dark brown is my eyebrow color, I would only use the lighter brown because it was easier to apply and lasts longer. The dark brown felt like it would be melting off my eyebrows anytime I'd sweat.2
I bought this product in the hopes of getting dramatically full eyebrows. It does this well, but in the end I wasn't sure that it was worth what I paid for it in terms of the end look - it felt like something I could have accomplished with my eyeliner or eyeshadow myself.2
Had high expectations for this product but am disappointed. There was little staying power...rubbed off easily. Color and consistency of product was good.
The "dark" set setting powder comes out looking a bit brown/orange instead of dark brown on me. It's a nice little kit, but I wish the color match was better.
The angle brush and pigment wax are great - huzzah - but then using the setting powder kind of ruins it with the color.
I tried to use the tweezers and it's like using child-sized play tweezers (that's a thing, right?) but they're incredibly stiff and difficult to actually squeeze and use. Needless to say, I don't use the tweezers - but it was a nice gesture.
Reading all the rave reviews had me very excited about this product. y initial use I was very displeased. I normally use a wax stick with brow shadow from a different brand and the end result and application is much easier than with Browzings. Once I gave up using the dinky brushes in the compact the application looked better. The color is still too warm though. I like cooler tinted brow products as they look more natural.3
This kit taught me that I am not into wax on my face. I use the tweezers more than I do either of the wax or powder, unfortunately. But the tweezers are actually great!3
