As self-confessed blow dryer addicts, we put our hair through a lot of stress. To keep our strands from a styling-induced meltdown, we've been using this extra hydrating leave-in conditioning mist. It doesn't just protect hair from heat damage; it also doubles as a color protector and UV shield. The sulfate-free formula sinks in quickly and has a pretty floral scent thanks to white freesia, amber, and musk. Natural conditioners—including black currant, soy yogurt, algae, and yerba mate—combine to restore hydration to dry hair, while the unique UV/Color Polar Shield protects dyed or sun-exposed locks. Soy and vegetable proteins repair damage caused by heat and chemical styling. And don't forget about the defrizzing factor—anti-static technology tames flyaways, making hair more manageable and easy to style.
I didn't care for this stuff at all. Using it felt exactly the same as if I had used nothing at all on my wet hair before combing it. I also didn't really care for the smell. I would honestly prefer a cheap drug store detangler to this stuff.1
I could not get past the smell of this product. Reminded me of restroom liquid soap. My daughter in law liked how it worked but agreed the smell was off putting.1
This product smelled awful! It left my hair feeling ok but I just couldn't get past the odor it left. Will not be purchasing.1
I am not a huge fan of hair samples, given I'm a die-hard Dry Bar fan. They have a perfect product, similar to the one sent via Birchbox. It's a lightweight lotion that protects hair from heat up to 450 degrees, helping seal split ends and prevent dryness, damage, and breakage. Great for all hair types, it protects hair from UVA and UVB exposure that can fade color and dry out locks. It contains a polymer complex that protects against heat from hot tools and helps to repair split ends while artichoke leaf extract helps prevent dehydration and protect the hair cuticle. A Marrakesh Woods fragrance features notes of sandalwood, jasmine, and vanilla that leaves the hair delicately scented.1
This product may work but it smells chemical like a perm processing. I barely reach for it due to the smell; however, I do like many Number 4 products so I am surprised that this one has such an irritating scent.1
As a woman, I want my hair to smell good. and this product does not smell good at all. I use leave in conditioners often and this product I felt No difference when combing through my hair. this product is a dud.1
This came in my box and is not something I will ever use. I gave it away to one of my friends but she has not used it yet.1
I don't know how anyone likes the smell of this, it's HORRIBLE1
Unfortunately, I had high hopes for this product to help protect my hair from my blow-dryer and flat iron, but the smell alone turned me off completely from even finishing the sample bottle. Did absolutely nothing for my hair- might as well have sprayed water on my hair. So sad. At least water doesn't have an unpleasant smell...1
I did not like this product, and it did not work for my hair. it was more watery based and I will not be buying it.1
