As self-confessed blow dryer addicts, we put our hair through a lot of stress. To keep our strands from a styling-induced meltdown, we've been using this extra hydrating leave-in conditioning mist. It doesn't just protect hair from heat damage; it also doubles as a color protector and UV shield. The sulfate-free formula sinks in quickly and has a pretty floral scent thanks to white freesia, amber, and musk. Natural conditioners—including black currant, soy yogurt, algae, and yerba mate—combine to restore hydration to dry hair, while the unique UV/Color Polar Shield protects dyed or sun-exposed locks. Soy and vegetable proteins repair damage caused by heat and chemical styling. And don't forget about the defrizzing factor—anti-static technology tames flyaways, making hair more manageable and easy to style.
Unfortunately, Number 4 Super Comb Prep & Protect did not work for my hair type. I have super fine and breakage-prone hair. The first time I styled my hair using the product it made my hair sticky. I figured I had used too much, so the next time I applied the product more sparingly. My hair was still sticky even though I had applied the spray carefully. I guess my hair is just too fine for this product.1
i honestly could not stand the smell of this. i smelled it all day long and couldnt wait to get home at the end of the day to shower this out.1
I read other reviews that liked the smell of this product. I found it very off putting as did my 9 year old daughter! I tried it on her hair. She have very fine, thin blonde hair that tangles easily. I didn't see that it improved the look or tangles. I probably did not give the sample a fair chance since the smell did not appeal to us. I rarely use heat styling on my hair or on hers, so that aspect of the sample did not get tested. The sample size was ample.1
The smell of this product reminded me of a dirty hippie. It was so bad that my 6 year old son even noticed and said "you smell funny Mommy".1
I was super excited to try this out because I read so many good reviews on it. After putting it in my hair, I kept gagging because of the fragrance they used. The best way to describe the smell is s fake chocolate/s'mores scent. I ended up washing my hair again to get it out of my hair. I am not sensitive to smells, so that's how I knew this was not for me.1
I really felt this dried out my hair rather than condition it. This product is not the best smelling either. I would not recommend it. The texture it left my hair was less than desirable. I'd steer clear.1
Smells horrible!! Like hair bleach or something. I will never use again.1
I use heat protectant daily. The spray does not leave a sticky texture to your hair which is nice but the fragrance of the spray is very strong and does not smell good. I can't tolerate the smell to use it again.1
Couldn't care less for that one, however people with long hair probalbly will find it usefull. Gave it to my friend and she wasn't impressed.1
I'm in between if I like the smell of the spray or not. I do but I don't at the sometime. I personally think that it doesn't do much for my hair. It makes it feel a different and not the good different.1
