As self-confessed blow dryer addicts, we put our hair through a lot of stress. To keep our strands from a styling-induced meltdown, we've been using this extra hydrating leave-in conditioning mist. It doesn't just protect hair from heat damage; it also doubles as a color protector and UV shield. The sulfate-free formula sinks in quickly and has a pretty floral scent thanks to white freesia, amber, and musk. Natural conditioners—including black currant, soy yogurt, algae, and yerba mate—combine to restore hydration to dry hair, while the unique UV/Color Polar Shield protects dyed or sun-exposed locks. Soy and vegetable proteins repair damage caused by heat and chemical styling. And don't forget about the defrizzing factor—anti-static technology tames flyaways, making hair more manageable and easy to style.
The smell was overpowering and I did not like it. Did an ok job of conditioning my hair.1
I'm not sure if it was too heavy or what, but it actually made it harder to run the comb through my hair after I spritzed this on. Not a fan.1
Great sample size ( way to go BirchBox) but it left my hair feeling and looking oily and the smell was awful!1
The smell is too overpowering, it gave me a headache. It didnot moisture my hair at all. I have highlighted hair, not every product that claims that it is perfect for dry hair won't work, this is one of them.1
It was pretty nice sample size but the smell was awful. It also left my hair feeling oily.1
If you have kinky/coily hair, this product will not be very effective. It's best used for looser hair textures (straight to wavy) since it it very light in it's protection factor and gives almost no moisture,1
Smells really strong like men's cologne! Yuck. I also have really fine hair that tangles easily so I was looking forward to using this product, however it was ineffective. After using it I still had to use my regular leave-in/detangler to get the tangles out my hair.1
This is not something that would work well for me, my hair is really not in need of protection from heat/damage. So its not something I would use.1
Didn't really care for this sample. I don't feel like it did much for my hair.1
I tried this product on damp hair. My hair is pretty long, really thick, bark brown, and has a tiny bit of natural wave and curl. I sprayed it in damp hair and then blew it dry and straightened it. I noticed the product didn't have a strong scent at all when I first sprayed it in my hair, but when it was exposed to heat, it started to smell kind of funny, almost like marijuana? I know that sounds weird. Not the best smell. I also didn't notice any less frizz; I'm not sure this product did anything at all.1
