As self-confessed blow dryer addicts, we put our hair through a lot of stress. To keep our strands from a styling-induced meltdown, we've been using this extra hydrating leave-in conditioning mist. It doesn't just protect hair from heat damage; it also doubles as a color protector and UV shield. The sulfate-free formula sinks in quickly and has a pretty floral scent thanks to white freesia, amber, and musk. Natural conditioners—including black currant, soy yogurt, algae, and yerba mate—combine to restore hydration to dry hair, while the unique UV/Color Polar Shield protects dyed or sun-exposed locks. Soy and vegetable proteins repair damage caused by heat and chemical styling. And don't forget about the defrizzing factor—anti-static technology tames flyaways, making hair more manageable and easy to style.
This product made my hair stiff and crunchy. Didn't smell good or make my hair soft. The bottle i received had a hair stuck under the label as well.1
I thought it would've had a better result. Would not spend money on this.1
Did not detangle my hair. It was like smelly water. I was not a fan of the smell. Did absolutely nothing. I will not buy.1
I didn't like the smell of this product at all. It also didn't work well. It basically just made my hair smell bad.1
I HATE No. 4 products. They always smell like disgusting chemicals and I refuse to put something that smells that awful on my hair. I really wish Birchbox would stop sampling them!1
I've recieved this brand in my birch box before. Smell is medicinal and it makes my hair almost sticky. Very weighted down and oily....And smelly-like the back of my grandmothers medicine cabinet.1
The smell of this product is very close to scented bug spray. And it didn't help with humidity, or keeping any sort of shine, and it actually made my hair feel like it was more damaged after blow drying1
The comb prep and protect did nothing to hydrate my hair or stop frizzies. It felt as dry as ever after using this product and was as frizzy as usual. The smell was also not appealing. I would not purchase this or recommend it to anyone with dry or frizzy hair.1
Basically, it's just as simple as that - can't stand the smell of this product - reminds me of some old cheap barber salon...1
The smell is not for me. It's a combination of bananas and coconut. I didn't want to waste the sample so I tried it on my daughter and even she said "what was that awful smell".1
