As self-confessed blow dryer addicts, we put our hair through a lot of stress. To keep our strands from a styling-induced meltdown, we've been using this extra hydrating leave-in conditioning mist. It doesn't just protect hair from heat damage; it also doubles as a color protector and UV shield. The sulfate-free formula sinks in quickly and has a pretty floral scent thanks to white freesia, amber, and musk. Natural conditioners—including black currant, soy yogurt, algae, and yerba mate—combine to restore hydration to dry hair, while the unique UV/Color Polar Shield protects dyed or sun-exposed locks. Soy and vegetable proteins repair damage caused by heat and chemical styling. And don't forget about the defrizzing factor—anti-static technology tames flyaways, making hair more manageable and easy to style.
I already use a drugstore brand (infusium 23) of leave in conditioner/repairing spray for a fraction of the cost of this product. I didn't see or feel any difference in the effectiveness.3
I guess I need to try this product more long term but to me it didn't seem like there was much difference other than the smell. I also felt that it left my hair a little more greasy than normal.3
Let me start out by saying that my hair is pretty low maintenance. It's short, and I just run my fingers through it and let it air-dry after washing it. That being said, I didn't really notice much difference by using this product. I guess it did have de-tangling properties, but that's it.3
I thought this was a nice detangler. I don't use conditioner usually so this worked nicely as an option. I don't believe I would purchase the full size firstly because I've never tried a detangler before and this is pretty pricey.3
I thought this product was ok. The detangling aspect was not very effective. It did leave my hair soft and manageable. Also, the smell was off-putting.3
I have very curly hair that tangles and gets frizzy. I tried using this product as instructed after shampooing, I found that I needed to condition first then apply the product. I don't straighten my hair and only need a product to keep my hair hydrated and I feel that a leave in conditioner in a balm form works better than a spray.3
My hair isn't damaged, so I can't speak to this products ability to protect. How do you even monitor or assess that? BUT, I was pleased that it wasn't greasy and went on like water, no film or residue.3
I could tell a slight difference in my hair when coming through while wet just after application. Other than that, I didn't notice much of a difference, but I don't usually have tangled hair. I am interested to see if there is more positive effects with long term use. Smell was also something to get use to.3
Good spray, seemed to moisturize, detangle, and contain frizz. But, I would prefer to try another product that has a better fragrance.3
surprised by the scent. personally, i dont think the scent is all that bad, but do note: there is a scent and it does not really go away imo.
my hair is pretty healthy as it is, so i can't say much for the repair and strengthening, but i do notice that does what conditioners usually do; it de-tangles my hair and it doesn't get as tangled up as it usually does throughout the day, and it does feel soft, smooth, silky-ish - hydrated in other words.
also, can't say much for uv protection because i haven't used it long enough to see if my hair is protected or not.
not sure if i'd buy a full sample mostly because i'd like to try others before i commit to a brand. i do like it though.
