As self-confessed blow dryer addicts, we put our hair through a lot of stress. To keep our strands from a styling-induced meltdown, we’ve been using this extra hydrating leave-in conditioning mist. It doesn’t just protect hair from heat damage; it also doubles as a color protector and UV shield. The sulfate-free formula sinks in quickly and has a pretty floral scent thanks to white freesia, amber, and musk.
I love this stuff. It's an awesome sample and makes my hair soft but it smells like black licorice and that's gross.4
I've been using and loving this product for the past few months and I can say that it does wonders for my normally dry winter hair. highly recommend to anyone looking to protect their hair from heat styling and dry air.5
I can't really attest to it's conditioning abilities, as my hair was recently cut and is pretty well conditioned already, but I did notice improvement in the brushing/detangling area. Unfortunately though, the smell and texture were big turn offs for me. I too was put off by the chemical smell, and after using the product, my hair didn't feel as soft or smooth as it is normally or with other leave in conditioning products.3
I love this product! Definitely one of my most often used birchbox products to date!5
I was happy to see that Birchbox included a hair care item this month. The product is perfect to prep the hair for styling and the scent is amazing!5
This is a great product! not only does it "Prep & Protect", but it also helps to detangle and moisturize! I use it everyday straight out of the shower:)4
Product was ineffective and and I did not like the fragrance, smelt like an old man!2
I'm not really a big user of leave-in conditioners, although when I used this stuff, it leave my hair feeling easier to comb and style, and it left it very soft after blowdrying. Not really a fan of the smell though3
I actually don't mind the smell of this. I have used it alone as my conditioner after shampooing and it leaves my hair soft.4
The product is convenient for those of us who tend to blow dry our hair every day--if not multiple times a day. It's hydrating for the hair...to an extent. Nothing special, and honestly think you could find something just as effective at your local drug store for half the cost. The scent is strange. It's not that it's a horrible smell...it's just...strange. Can't decide if i like it, but i don't like the fact that it is strong, and when i use this stuff on my hair, i feel like that scent sticks with me all day...3
