An ecofabulous marvel: this silky cream absorbs quickly and penetrates deeply (you can really feel it!) to deliver anti-aging and antioxidant benefits. Perfect for normal or combination skin, it uses essential oils and herbal extracts to balance and hydrate. Plus, it has a refreshing, and downright lovely, lavender scent.
I don't love the fragrance - for a facial cream, I expect no fragrance. It smells a little hippie-ish to me. I might use it as a hand cream but I might not use it at all.2
I found that this moisturizer soaked right into my skin and did not make my face greasy or oily. However, I also found that 5 minutes later my face appeared dry again. In general, I have pretty normal skin and it isn't overly dry or anything, so this was a disappointment.3
It smelled absolutely FABULOUS, so I keep using it just for that. But I need to follow up with an additional moisturizer afterwards because it tightens up my face.3
I think my skin is slightly too oily to use this product, but I really like the fragrance and may use it more when the weather turns cold and my skin dries out.3
The product was fine, but I love the face moisturizer I already use.3
I liked the smell but I felt it was heavy on my skin. And I need a moisturizer with sun protection3
While I love the light scent on this cream, the jury's still out on the cream itself. The lavender scent is relaxing, and the cream itself seems a bit invigorating/cooling when putting it on. However, it doesn't seem to be quickly absorbing, like it was described. Additionally, I've found that the patting method works for application, but with any light rubbing, the cream doesn't really rub in well. It seems to get creamier and moves toward the consistency of sunblock lotion (not enjoyable).
I'd be curious to try other products from this company, but I'm not the biggest fan of this cream itself. I much prefer lighter facial moisturizers for both day and night.
I loved the lavender scent and lightness of the moisturizer. However, it didn't seem to do anything special to my skin that my regular moisturizer didn't do for me, especially given the price of the Pangea Organics one.3
The cream left a residue on my face that easily balled off. Not a fan. Plus it smelled too earthy/organic for me, something I would buy at Sprouts.3
I'm not crazy about the smell of the product and it seems a little thick3
