This new perfume has a storied pedigree. After reading The Book Of Lost Fragrances, a thriller that details the quest to locate a scent created in the days of Cleopatra, fragrance designer Frederick Bouchardy was inspired to bring the novel’s star scent to life. Even if thrillers aren’t your favorite literary genre, you’re sure to love the spellbinding blend of orange blossom, myrrh, and other exotic notes.
At first smell, I thought I liked the scent, then it waned on me. It isn't that it was unpleasant, just somewhat cheap smelling once the initial notes started to break down. Not a lot of depth to it in terms of quality. Kind of reminds me of those scented aroma oils you buy at the health food stores. I do like the roller application.
