Romano Ricci, the self-described offbeat dandy of the perfume world, only used one element—Cetalox—to create this minimalist perfume. Even if you've never heard of it, you've undoubtedly picked up its scent. Used as a back note in thousands of fragrances, Cetalox (a synthetic substitute for grey amber) takes center stage in Not a Perfume. The result is elegant, pure, spicy, and completely allergen-free.
While the product has an good scent, it seems a bit pricey. For this price point I would have to absolutely love it.3
I'm very sensitive to fragrances and this one like most others was too overpowering for me.1
I never considered myself "faint of heart," but I suppose I must be since this fragrance was not for me. I did indeed recognize the scent as the base note in many fragrances, but I always thought it was kind of stuffy, rather the opposite of modern. It did change and become slightly more appealing with wear, but not enough to spend more than $100 on it.3
This product was too strong and had a spicy fragrance to it. Almost like a mans fragrance2
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this scent! I am buying it as soon as humanly possible! I received compliments all day while wearing it!5
This is a fine product but nothing so unusual that it would ever cause me to go out of my way and make a purchase. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that jazz.4
I am very picky about frangrances and this one just didn't appeal to me personally. The scent does last quite a long time, which is a plus, but it just isn't my favorite.3
I loved this scent! I am for sure going to plan on saving up to buy a bigger bottle!5
Well to start, branding is cute, lived the way it came to me packaged, the smell is amazing, it's light yet it's a strong amazing smell, last all day, find hints of it on me all the time, would love to buy this but to me it's not worth 1205
This scent just wasn't for me. Its not that it's a bad scent, it's just not one I would wear.3
