Romano Ricci, the self-described offbeat dandy of the perfume world, only used one element—Cetalox—to create this minimalist perfume. Even if you've never heard of it, you've undoubtedly picked up its scent. Used as a back note in thousands of fragrances, Cetalox (a synthetic substitute for grey amber) takes center stage in Not a Perfume. The result is elegant, pure, spicy, and completely allergen-free.
I love the clean scent, as well as the fact that it's allergen-free. Perfumes can sometimes give me a headache, but this did not.5
Something about the "powder-fresh" scent... it's gross. After receiving it and trying it out on my own skin, and letting my husband smell it, I immediately gave it away. I like the depth of the scent... it's not all powder scent - there are multiple layers of fragrance (which is a great thing)- but it's not for me.2
Very simple, but it's my new favorite scent! The scent gets better with each time I wear it. Not too sweet, but not too musky and strong. Perfect balance!5
I put this on after receiving my box and immediately my hubby perked up and ask me what it was. It smells so amazing. Light and airy. For the price tag though I do wish it lasted a little longer.4
This Parfum has such a wonderful smell. Very rich and decadent.5
I am really a fruity/citrus person. I love a light fragrance and this one was heavy and a little musty.2
The packaging of this product was very nice and trendy. It smelled good in the bottle but I don't think it worked well with my individual chemistry. I was not a fan of the scent on me.4
This scent is not only fantastic, it is strong and long lasting. One spritz goes a long way! I personally like the perfumes that are more musky and this takes the cake! Also the name is so clever that you can't forget it.5
This is a one note fragrance which is rather boring and has very little staying power.2
It smelled good however the smell was short lived and sample was very small :(4
