Romano Ricci, the self-described offbeat dandy of the perfume world, only used one element—Cetalox—to create this minimalist perfume. Even if you've never heard of it, you've undoubtedly picked up its scent. Used as a back note in thousands of fragrances, Cetalox (a synthetic substitute for grey amber) takes center stage in Not a Perfume. The result is elegant, pure, spicy, and completely allergen-free.
I am not a fan of the smell this perfume has. I generally like scents that are more fruity and warm, this scent is very musky and woodsy, it almost smells like a wood smell to me. I would recommend this to anyone is likes earthy scents.3
This was an acceptable fragrance but for the price it didn't make me feel luxurious. I'll stick with what I currently use3
Love the smell, obsessed with using this. The fragrance lasts all day. Wish it wasn't so expensive!5
I know it says allergen free, but I wore it and only it one day and had to wash it off. I ended up with a rash and extremely itchy skin! I loved the smell though! :(1
It smells nice but it's not my style. My boyfriend really likes it on me though :)4
I absolutely love the smell of this fragrance! However, it is a bit pricey so I'm on the fence about purchasing.5
I'm not a huge fan of the scent. It smells a little too woodsy for me. Borderline like pine trees.4
This perfume or rather not perfume is so simple and light. The smell is so fresh and not over powering , i love it!5
The allergen free label had me intrigued - but the scent itself was not appealing! I thought it was too spicy for my personal scent.2
I found the perfume to be nice and simple. I work at a winery and you don't want to wear a strong perfume when around wine tasting and such so this was perfect...However, my husband said I smelled like an old woman so I probably will not be buying. I also don't care for the name.5
