Our beauty regimens used to have more steps than the Great Wall of China, from moisturizing and priming to evening out and protecting. Just when we were feeling a bit beauty-fatigued, stila’s new BB cream swooped in to simplify things. A primer, moisturizer, anti-aging serum, and sheer foundation all-in-one, it has a velvety consistency and covers minor imperfections like fine lines and redness. Best for those with light to medium complexions, the creamy beige tint blends to match your skin tone.
Although I really like this product (other than the smell), I won't be purchacing this item, as my skin is sensitive so I only use certain products on my face for moisturizing.4
I wish the sample size had been better so I could test the long term effects of the product before buying. Like the anti-aging aspect, or if it helped clear up my skin etc.3
I have not used a balm in the past but I tried this one out and I like it. stila stay all day 10-in-1 HD beauty balm goes on very smoothly and does not seem to be sticky or unpleasant at all. This is simply not a product I would normally purchase but overall I would give it a good rating.3
I have fair skin that's sensitive, and this Beauty Balm did not do much for me - it did not cover my redness, it made my skin break out, it's too yellow. Also, I had to use alot to cover my face. But it does reduce wrinkle depth.
Right now I'm using Loreal BB and it actually covers redness and stays all day without causing breakouts.
I've just recently heard about BB creams and have been wanting to try them out. I was skeptical at first of this brand, but just after my first application, I'm already in love. The texture of the product is amazing. It's a soft, velvet-y consistency. It's not oily nor does it dry out my skin. It doesn't go on heavy or thick, so it will allow for additional coverage if needed.5
I have been using a large container of Skin79's pink bb cream on-and-off for the past few months. I get the vibe that this stilia product is better for my skin ingredient wise but that the imported balm is a better color match. To think, I found a light bb cream that's a little dark on my skin. This lasted long, filled my needs and looked pretty cute. I think I can do better though. I'm saving the rest of my sample for after I get a beach day or two in.4
I have heard good things about beauty balms but this is the first beauty balm I have tried. I was not very impressed with it, although maybe I just expected so much after hearing all the positive reports. This product did not blend well on my skin, it seemed to settle into lines and left visible marks & outlines. On a positive note, it made my skin feel very smooth and the smell was very nice3
Prior to receive the sample in birchbox i had never heard of stila. I tried it and really like it. I may have to purchase.4
I am currently obsessed with Beaty Balms, and Stila's was no exception. It applied smooth and even, and worked great, doing everything it promised.4
I love, love, LOVE this! This is a perfectly light covering base for summer! I can't wait to get the full size!5
