Our beauty regimens used to have more steps than the Great Wall of China, from moisturizing and priming to evening out and protecting. Just when we were feeling a bit beauty-fatigued, stila’s new BB cream swooped in to simplify things. A primer, moisturizer, anti-aging serum, and sheer foundation all-in-one, it has a velvety consistency and covers minor imperfections like fine lines and redness. Best for those with light to medium complexions, the creamy beige tint blends to match your skin tone.
I love this product! I don't wear makeup very often, but this is great for everyday use. It evens my skin tone and covers up any blemishes without looking too tinted or orange. It's light and I don't even notice that I have anything on.5
This cream felt like it had a good coverage, but had more of a matte finish. I prefer the Bosaica because it felt lighter and left a dewey or glow to my complexion..best way to hide my flaws! This one was good too, just didn't work with my dry skin.3
I had never heard of beauty balm until i recieved it in my birchbox. I was a little skepticle because I have never been the type to not use liquid foundation and hate when I have to reapply! I am happy to report that I can go out of the house with just the bb on and feel like there is plenty of coverage-no foundation on top or powder-a great matte coverage. I also thought I would totally need moisturizer, especially in the colder weather I have dry skin- I havent. I am totally impressed and have found my new favorite!5
I have tried so many BB Creams and this is the best I have tried. Its not too greasy but has good coverage and doesn't clog my pores. Its a little pricey but worth every penny....5
This BB cream has a light scent that does not linger and the perfect yellow tone to brighten skin. It does not provide coverage or any intense moisturization, only some. However, it blends wonderfully with skin for natural, slightly matte finish. It is a product I use on days when I don't want to wear makeup or when I am in a hurry.4
I bought this because I was searching for a good base for my make-up. It is sheer and makes my skin look fresh and clean, but doesn't moisturize as much as I would like it to. It didn't make my sensitive skin break out or become oily which I really liked. I could do without the foundation aspect. I like this product, but I don't love it. I think I will continue to search for the perfect BB. It's a quality product and worth a try, it's just not everything I was searching for!4
This product is amazing! It is so much better than any drugstore BB creams I have tried. The smell is refreshing and it feels amazing on the skin. It gives a light coverage and evens out the skin. I have used every last drop of my sample from BirchBox. I can't wait to buy full size!5
I have been using a plethora of BB creams (primarily South Korean brands), and although the Stila is not up to par, I would still buy it. It is very easy to apply to the skin because of its runny lotion texture. The correct way to apply BB cream is to squeeze a pea size amount to your finger (I use my ring finger), then warm it by rubbing it to the other finger opposite your hand. Then dot it all over your face, and then blend it by patting. Simply rubbing it all over your face, would give you disappointing results (that was how I was doing it before!). Also, since the Stila BB doesn't have sunscreen, I used a moisturizer with SPF prior to applying this on. A moisturized face would make it easier to blend the BB cream.5
I was really excited about this product but I was dissapointed by the fact that it was barely enough sample to cover my face. Overall I like the coverage you get I just wish it was little more liquidy.4
The color blended well with my (pale) skin tone, but the texture was too thick and sticky, and (most importantly) it doesn't have sunscreen! Why make a 10-in-1 cream for pale people with no SPF??2
