Slathering on sunscreen can seem more like a chore than a proper primping ritual, but COOLA's standout facial tint has us (gasp) actually looking forward to applying SPF. Made with 70 percent organic ingredients, including plenty of free radical–fighting antioxidants, the silky, nongreasy formula dries down to a matte finish (and does so without an overpowering scent!). Two skin-safe mineral sunblocks—titanium and zinc dioxide—are suspended in a moisturizing base to ensure a smooth, even application, and the subtle beige tint evens out skin tone and masks flaws. Shea butter naturally softens skin. Works best for light to medium complexions.
I would not recommend this product I did not like it1
Hard to get out of tube. Barely enough for one use, very clumpy. Packaging misleading in regard to size of sample. Didn't do anything beneficial to my face1
So here is the fact about this product. It is lightweight airy cream that goes on smooth and has a matte finished. It is a good product if that is your need, but that it not mine.
I see a lot of happy reviews so I just want to provide you with a little different perspective. I did not like the finish. It made my face feel dry and not soft at all. I also did not feel like it was moisturizing at all. I have a pretty balance skin type, but I like my daily process to have a lasting effect. This felt like it was gone as quickly as it went on. The Supergoop we received last month with better, but even that just felt like straight-up sunscreen.
Oil have very oily in the summer and I try to use products that have a matte finish. This was very drying to me and I didn't notice any tint once I put it on. It also made my pores look large, which did not make me happy.1
I tried this on the back of my hand before applying to my face. It immediately broke me out in 2 itchy bumps. Plus, it was greasy and did not show up on my skin tone at all. Not a fan of BB creams, anyway. Disappointed. Gave it to my daughter to try.1
I will not be purchasing this product, it made my skin feel oily.1
Such a useless sample from BirchBox. It does nothing to even out skin tome and the texture is not very nice. BB creams do nothing for me, and this one is just like the others. Plus, the matte feature does not work well on older skin- it really points out imperfections.1
For my first time getting birchbox I was a little disappointed they was barley enough in the package to use in my face I could even squeeze anything out but the little drop that did come out it felt like there was some sort of exfoliating beads in it it just felt really rough1
This product didn't do anything for me. Once the product was absorbed into my skin I couldn't tell if it had made a difference or not.1
I have dry skin, so i'm not sure why i even received this sample. I did try it though but it's a no go for my dry skin!1
