I was really excited for the lip balm but it was disappointing in every possible way. The lip balm had already separated from the holder on unpacking and smudged on the inside of the cap. The formula itself feels thin when it goes on the lip and dries your lip out quickly. This to me is an indication of cheap quality ingredients use. It does absolutely nothing to moisturize your lips for more than 5 mins. There is barely any color noticeable also. Overall it does nothing that is says it does.

I'm sure this lipstick works well on others and I like the ingredients but I have dark red lips and this lipstick looks awful on my tone of lips. Maybe good for people with more beige or very light pink lips for a tint of pink/red.

This is basically just a clear chapstick. It didn't give my lips any added color because they already have a slight pink tint to them naturally. Maybe I misread, but I was expecting an emerald green initial application color & then that it would change to a pink shade. Either way though, for my lips this didn't give me any color, but it did feel moisturizing.

This was horrible. I didn't think it helped moisture on my lips. Disappointed.

I had seen SO many ads with SO many reviews for this that I was totally excited to try it
and completely let down by it.
There wasn't any color, or coverage. It didn't give my lips any color, it might as well have been clear. the selling point of "adjusts to your pH and creates a custom lip color" SOUNDS cool, but what is the point if you can't see it?

Came out VERY pink on me. But my niece used it and it was beautiful on her - much different color

Either my pH is off or this isn't formulated for people with olive complexion. Both my daughter and I tried this and it was too just too pink. Not complimentary at all. Very disappointed.

I wanted to find something fun to use my boyfriends points he earned buying me subscriptions to birchbox. I was excited to try this lipstick. When I received the lipstick and opened it the first time the lipstick was stuck to the top of the lid so the action of me opening it pull the whole tube of bare lipstick out, it went flying on to my desk. Picked it up a placed it back in tube to give it a try. Wow, was I underwhelmed, it was very drying to my lips even irritating, the color it gave my lips I could've achieved with a $5 lip balm.

I spent all my points because I wanted to try this based on all of the reviews. It left me with hot pink lipstick. AWFUL. I looked like I just came out of an 80's strip club. Complete neon. HORRIBLEEEE.

This "lipstick" is extremely disappointing. I was so excited for it, I thought the concept was so awesome... But it's a total fail. First, as many other reviewers mentioned, this is not a lipstick--it's a lip balm. I didn't mind that at all, which is why I went ahead and still purchased it (I didn't receive this in a sample or anything). But, I really don't like the lip balm feel to it because it's very odd when it dries. I didn't like the color that it changed to at all, and when it dried it was blotchy and just really strange. Mine turned into a straight up pink--VERY pink. With my pale skin and dark hair, it didn't look good at all. The color wasn't even at all when it dried, like I said it was very glitchy and just indescribable. I'm very upset it was a fail,
