There’s a time and a place for punchy lipsticks and sparkly glosses, but when we want to keep things simple we rely on this no-fuss, SPF-infused balm. It comes in a travel-friendly tube and provides broad spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Made with 70 percent organic ingredients, the food-grade (read: practically edible) formula is enriched with vitamins and antioxidants to moisturize lips and combat fine lines. It has a pleasant, non-heavy texture and delivers the subtlest hint of sheen (plus a dose of tingly cool flavor).
Love love love the fact that I can protect my lips while being trendy! This balm goes on smooth and smells great. Definitely a summer essential3
I do like this lipbalm. It has a nice consistency and great smell. However, it doesn't stay on very long and isn't strong enough for when I need a lot of moisture. I also think it's a little overpriced. Again, nice lip balm but not something I plan on ordering again.3
SPF coverage on your lips is essential all year long and this is a good choice. The texture is a little bumpy and waxy once you star using it. Not my favorite SPF lip balm but good to have in my gym bag.3
Loved the refreshing peppermint scent. When I received them (bought more than one), the actual product had come loose from the container which I then had to replace so it would twirl like normal. Beyond this, the product itself was a bit rough in application but did last a long time!3
With a brand-name like "Coola" and a flavor called Peppermint + Vanilla, I expected a tingly cooling burst of flavor on my lips (note the "dose of tingly cool flavor" mentioned in the description of this balm). I couldn't wait to try this balm! When my order arrived, it was the first thing I tried. I could smell the scent of vanilla and perhaps the tiniest bit of mint, but the product was waxy and didn't apply softly as I'd hoped it would. I could smell the vanilla while wearing the lip balm, but any mint scent completely disappeared upon application. And tingly mint? Tasty mint? There was nothing of the sort. There is no flavor and no tingling at all, and my hopes were dashed. This balm would be better called Simply Vanilla, Unflavored.3
I like the peppermint / vanilla combo. Very creamy texture, as in, don't let this bake in your bag. I am not positive it would melt, but it seems likely. Plant based makes you feel good about being eco friendly, cute packaging. I love COOLA but this is a bit pricey for a lip balm. I'm thinking 8 bucks would be reasonable.4
I bought this when I finally got enough points to use it on something. It is a soft and has SPF. I don't love the smell but it is personal nothing to do with the product. I just don't love vanilla.4
I really like this lip saver! It tastes great and is really smooth. It lasts a decent amount of time, even in the sun. One word of caution- try to keep it cool. It's really soft and melts into a goopy blob if it's left, say, in a beach bag while lounging for the day. It still works but it takes some effort to get it out of the tube.4
I've never actually burnt my lips in the sun, but I couldn't resist the idea of Peppermint & Vanilla. It didn't disappoint. It moisturizes well, but doesn't seem to last as long as some others that I've used. But I can't stop using it because I love the scent so much!4
One of my favorite chap sticks by far. As a bit of a chap stick nerd, I consider myself an expert! :) Really love this stuff & wear all the time, especially before a run.4
