There’s a time and a place for punchy lipsticks and sparkly glosses, but when we want to keep things simple we rely on this no-fuss, SPF 30 balm. It comes in a travel-friendly tube and provides broad spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Made with 70 percent organic ingredients, the food-grade (read: practically edible) formula is enriched with vitamins and antioxidants to moisturize lips and combat fine lines. We love how it has a pleasant, non-heavy texture and delivers the subtlest hint of sheen.
I've tried the coola sport chap stick and I loved that one. I got this one to add a little variety but this one just wasn't as impressive. This was a little thicker and even a little more difficult to swipe across my lips. Once on it's fine. I love coola's products but I'd probably go for the sport over the original.3
I'm so sad this didn't work out for me. I read tons of reviews before purchasing because I will not wear chapstick if it tastes like sunscreen. To be fair, it doesn't taste bad going on, but as soon as I drink or eat something, the gnarly taste doesn't leave my mouth.3
3.5 stars. Coola makes wonderful sun care products. This one was mediocre. Non-greasy application; natural spf 30 provides nice sun protection; product is smooth wearing. I did not like the applicator tube, as bullet tends to get stuck on the case when raising or lowering product.3
i like this lip balm. when i go to the beach, i don't like gloss or anything greasy, it comes off in the water and you have to keep reapplying. this is perfect.3
I loved the smell and the fact that it's a natural product. It makes me breakout though. The consistency is great, and it doesn't look oily after putting on--it just makes me break out.3
I liked the feel and smell of this sunscreen. But it wasn't strong enough to protect my skin on a day out in the Texas summer.3
but it's a bit pricey for a lip balm. I'm hoping that the SPF is effective because I've read that the lips needs protection from the sun.3
This made me break out when I put it on my face, but it's perfect (and quick-absorbent) for the rest of the body. If you have sensitive facial skin whatsoever, I wouldn't recommend you put this on your face.3
I'm light skinned so the SPF didn't protect me out in the sun, but someone of a darker complexion would be able to get the protection they need from it. I like that it smells fruity and not like generic sunblock.3
I like a moisturizer with spf two and one great product I really love it definitely recommend it a lot3
