Orange streaks are the telltale sign of a self-tan gone awry. Happily, this Spanish brand’s genius towelettes are designed to give you uniform all-over color. A bestseller in Europe, they landed on our shores just in time for bikini season. These single-use wipes deliver a natural tan on face and body that’s more intensely bronze than the brand’s regular self-tanners. Even so, the formula adjusts to your skin tone, so you don’t have to worry about ending up with an un-matching tan.
I would never purchase this for myself, I do not tan or fake tan. I did try this out on my legs for a wedding and it was easy to use and tanned evenly. If you are into this sort of thing then it's user friendly.1
Im not sure why more brands dont use tan towels as they are a great option for people looking for just a little extra. Tip from a friend: After tanning, put your towel in a plastic baggie so as your tan develops you can see if you have missed any spots, get your towel back out and hit those areas again.1
There's much better tanning towelettes on the market. After all the stink and stickiness I didn't even see a shade difference on my light skin. Also, the name of the product reminds me of acne- comedone- another word for blackhead.1
Even with a perfect exfoliating regimen its almost impossible to get a flawless application, and as the tan builds up the smell isnt too appealing. I am sooooo over the tanning products. Beside tan towel items are the worst in the tanning world they will never give a flawless tan1
I hate tanning. Didn't even bother opening these. The only person I could find to take these was my hair stylist. She said she had a client that MIGHT want to try them out! Pretty small samples too. I wish that birchbox wouldn't have dedicated two of my four to five samples to tanning. I HATE TANNING! I realize that I might get samples that I don't like, but half a box that goes to something I can't even try isn't nice. NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO BE BRONZE!1
Towelettes left me streaky. Had an orange oompa loompa tint to them. Definitely doesn't work as good as a cream/gel as you don't know what concentration of product is left on the towelette which could leave you with bad results.1
The towlettes dry out quickly, so I needed both to do just my lesgs. Very streaky on me, but I am extremely fair.1
I watched the video on how to apply, I took my time and I followed all the tips. I still came out looking like a streaky mess on my legs. This is definitely not for me. I like the idea of the tanning towelettes, but they just didn't work for me. Will stick to the liquid self tanner I've been using with good results.1
Im sure its great... there are some very good self tanners, but this was wasted on the wrong pale person. Streaky and very unnatural looking.1
Absolutely did NOT like this. Too dark, VERY streaky and most importantly it doesn't have a sunscreen. I expected something a little better for it being a high end product. I'll be sticking with my Jergens natural glow tanning lotion. Lower price, better quality. For those thinking of trying Comodynes tanning towelettes I'd suggest trying the Jergens first and see if you like that.1
