Orange streaks are the telltale sign of a self-tan gone awry. Happily, this Spanish brand’s genius towelettes are designed to give you uniform all-over color. A bestseller in Europe, they landed on our shores just in time for bikini season. These single-use wipes deliver a natural tan on face and body that’s more intensely bronze than the brand’s regular self-tanners. Even so, the formula adjusts to your skin tone, so you don’t have to worry about ending up with an un-matching tan.
I'm not a big self-tanner so it's entirely possible that this was user error, but I could not get this to apply without being streaky and unnatural looking. The shade was also too dark for me.
That said, the cloths were definitely easy and though it didn't work for my skin tone at all, the color wasn't the kind of fakey orange you usually see.
This really didn't do much for me other than give me a little orange tint. I'll definitely stick to the lotions and spray tans to get a nice, sun-kissed glow.2
I love these!!!! They are so way to use and the results are wonderful!!! The towels aren't sticky, it dries quickly on your skin, and it doesn't have the strong smell like some of the others do.5
Very streaky. I had to wear jeans for 3 days. Ill stick to spray from now on. One was not enough for entire body.3
Finally a non streak tanning product. Love the wipes. They cover evenly. I mailed a couple to a family member to try!5
I love these. I found the application easy and I haven't noticed any streaking. Of course, being a man and not shaving my legs may help in the even-looking application. The only thing I'd beware of next time is that feet seem to absorb the product better than the rest of the leg (i.e. my feet are unusually "tan"). Next time, I'll know.5
It is easy to apply but hard to tell if it's even or not and the color does not last long.3
I have tried this twice now, and both times, it streaked horribly! The first time (after putting on moisturizer), I tried to use one cloth for both legs and figured I had wiped too hard in some places--the streaks were so so bad that they looked like I purposefully made lines up my legs. The second time, I only tried it on the bottom shin part of both legs, to ensure I had enough to avoid streaks, and it still was streaky and splotchy in spots.1
This self-tanner left me completely streaky! I was happy I tried it a week before the wedding I was attending, otherwise, I would have looked awful!!1
I love the color I get with these towelettes, but no matter how many times I've tried, I can't use these without looking uneven and incredibly streaky.4
