You wouldn’t know it from the state of our makeup drawer, but we’re actually beauty minimalists. Our motto: Why use two products when you can get the same effect with one? This two-in-one lip and cheek stain gives us a natural, understated flush and helps us get out the door faster. The gel formula looks dark in the tube but delivers a sheer tint. The tinted gel leaves a lasting stain on lips and cheeks. Since it’s water-based, it has a longer setting time than most quick-dry stains, which means it won’t leave any unsightly streaks behind as long as you take care to blend well. Use a single coat for a subtle look or layer it on for a more visible (yet still discreet) hue.
I did not like how this went on. It was splotchy and did not stay on well.1
Too drying on the lips and gel consistency makes it tough to make an even blush1
When I got it it was clumpy and dried. Packaging problem I guess. I don't like lip stains anyway so I don't really care.1
This product made my cheeks feel sticky and the color was off. When I put it on my lips it did nothing. After 5 coats I saw a difference. My nine year old loves it.1
I did not like this product at all! The color was harsh and looked unnatural. It did not blend well when I used it as a cheek stain or as a lip stain. Definitely not impressed.1
I hate lip stains. They dry my lips out and look feathery.1
This color was way to dark for my skin type! I like more neutral colors1
I didn't like this at all, the formula was almost like jelly, it didn't go on smoothly.1
It's like having Kool-aid mouth. It's not a very pretty color, and it's always sticky. I definitely didn't want to put it on my cheeks.1
I found this stain sticky, drying, and weird tasting. I'm not big into stains generally, and this one was no exception.1
