Legendary fashion designer Oscar de la Renta knows what women want. In addition to designing dreamy dresses, this sartorial pioneer has perfected the art of fragrance. Featuring lovely notes like jasmine sambac, rose, ginger orchid, and amber, this modern-meets-classic scent features a bounty of botanical aromas that tug at our romantic side.
I would really love to purchase this perfume, but the price is just too much...I'm really glad I recieved a sample of it though! smells wonderful!5
The perfume has a musky smell, like cologne or men's after shave.2
Live in Love is a fantastic scent! Complex floral/musky combination that really plays out nicely without being overpowering.5
Nice, light, fruity scent. I really enjoy this for myself. It has a high end quality on the top note that I also really enjoy and it keeps the perfume from seeming too "young".4
This is the perfume I wore on my wedding day - so, naturally, it's a favorite of mine. Makes me feel so pretty & feminine. Love! In the future, I'll definitely be restocking at birchbox instead of the department store where I usually buy - so happy to see you guys carrying this!5
Love the mix of notes, definitely some of my favorites lately. I wish I didn't have a huge bottle of Romance to finish...and all the other perfume samplers I have ;P4
I have a bit of a perfume sample addiction, I am a very scent driven person, but very very picky about perfumes. This makes the cut. I tend to like tuberose based florals or unisex green scents. This is a nice, mellow summery floral. Like a tuned down version of Diptyque Do Son (my penultimate floral), minus the tuberous. Worth a try for those who like mellow, pretty florals. Has decent staying power as well, about 1/4 through the day and I can still smell it on me.5
It is a very different smell. I really like it, but it is a bit pricey for my budget. Love the name... "LIVE IN LOVE"4
Nice scent - not too sweet, a little on the "grassy" side.4
I thought it was a pretty nice, engaging fragrance. It's not my style, though.4
