Legendary fashion designer Oscar de la Renta knows what women want. In addition to designing dreamy dresses, this sartorial pioneer has perfected the art of fragrance. Featuring lovely notes like jasmine sambac, rose, ginger orchid, and amber, this modern-meets-classic scent features a bounty of botanical aromas that tug at our romantic side.
This had a great, light smell that was just strong enough for me. I would love to own this perfume, but I think the full size is priced a little on the steeper side for me at this point. Otherwise, I would totally go for it!4
i'm just not into these "deluxe" but not deluxe size perfume samples. i can get these for free at sephora or any department store and i could do without them in my birchbox. i do like the fact that it has a spray bottle top vs the glass tube and cap that i usually get. the smell isn't awful, but i wouldn't wear it out.2
I wasn't a fan of this perfume in the beninning because it is really strong when first applied; the floral notes definitely jump out at you. After the perfume had time to mellow out it did smell nice; a little like baby powder and flowers combined. I usually like sweeter smells so I don't think this perfume would be my first choice, but it did smell good throughout the day. If you like florals you would definitely love this perfume!4
I like the scent, it's not too sweet and not too musky. But it's a bit overpowering to be part of my regular perfume rotation.4
Not a bad sample and it did smell nice, just wasnt what i would wear.3
I'm not a big perfume person... strong perfumes and colognes give me a headache! I like body sprays that don't smell so strong. I do like this fragrance, though. You only need a tiny bit!4
I am not a big perfume person, I do not wear it on a regular basis, but this does smell pretty good! Just not in love with it3
