Romano Ricci, the self-described offbeat dandy of the perfume world, only used one element—Cetalox—to create this minimalist perfume. Even if you've never heard of it, you've undoubtedly picked up its scent. Used as a back note in thousands of fragrances, Cetalox (a synthetic substitute for grey amber) takes center stage in Not a Perfume. The result is elegant, pure, spicy, and completely allergen-free.
This smelled horrible and I had to scrub to wash it off, it still lingered even after I took a shower.1
I don't care for perfumes. They actually make me sick and I wish I didn't get them in my birch box1
I realize that perfume is a very personal choice. I always choose my own scents, and always try the scents on first. But this product did not work for me and I found it to produce a rather unpleasant and strong , almost "chemical" scent on me. I guess that's why they say that perfume has to work with your body chemistry. This product did not work with mine.1
I enjoy getting perfume samples and was excited to see this one. Upon application, the scent was fine but then later it seemed really strong. It's definitely a long-lasting perfume! Not a favorite.1
This has as strong smell that is not very interesting.1
Smell wasn't appealing and I didn't like the sample. Def a no for me.1
As soon as I opened my birch box I could smell the perfume. It is a very strong musky like scent.1
I think the story of this scent is interesting and enticing, but the actual scent is weird. It reminds me too much of rubbing alcohol1
This product smells like absolutely nothing. I guess it is a good way to feel like you are wearing a scent without actually doing so? I am not going to buy it.1
This scent was much too musky and "old lady" for my taste.1
