Before you break out your bikinis and sarongs, make sure you stock up on SPF. We’re fans of this award-winning brand’s lightweight lotion, which meets all international standards for sun safety. Great for face and body alike, it provides broad-spectrum protection and lasts for up to 80 minutes in water. It’s so safe that even infants can wear it, and the 1.6 oz. tube is perfectly sized for your beach tote or carry-on.
I wear sunscreen all the time, I just wear a different brand under my makeup everyday. I will use this, there is no doubt about it. It was thin and didn't smell on application. It was very easy to blend on my face. The size is great, I can take it with me when I travel. But I won't spend $12 on sunscreen when there are brands out there just as good for less.4
Great to throw in the purse and on the go. Stings the eyes when you sweat or accidentally wash your face. Not the best for oily skin though.3
I'll admit-- I don't usually use sunscreen, and if I do it's only 15 spf. This isn't oily so it does work on your face quite well, however if you're looking for a non-suncreen smelling lotion, this is not it! I probably wouldn't buy the full size but the sample will be good for quick face touch ups this summer on the beach.3
Although its fragrance free it still has a ...glue-y smell which didn't appeal to me. I'm confused why some would use it as a primer...its meant to protect from the sun...not prolong makeup wear.3
It smells just like a normal sunscreen, and doesn't seem all that special. I do like how easily it rubs in though, unlike some sunscreens that seem sticky.3
I like this product, but it isn't my everyday go to. It's a little more greasy than I would like for everyday use. However, it is great for the beach bag or heading out to my son's baseball game in summer.3
After all the reviews, I was really hoping I'd fall in love with this product. It is, however, just ok. The shade definitely does not adapt to your skintone as advertised. I am fairly pale (although not the palest person you will ever meet), and the Light/Medium is still too dark for me. It does a pretty good job at covering up imperfections, but obviously not as well as a foundation would.3
I thought that Supergoop had amazing coverage and looked very good under my Make Up Forever foundation. I like that it has SPF protection as well. It moisturized my skin and covered up my winter dry spots. However, it was really thick and hard to spread around my face. I had to do it in the sunlight in order to see if it covered my whole face... the first time I put in on I had patches. It is also really dark for me, as I am on the lighter side. I don't think you could tell that much by looking at me, but I could tell by looking at my neck compared to my face. I would definitely use this again, but I prefer my current BB cream which is easier to spread.3
Pros: Love the smell of this & it lasted all day in the hot sweaty sun. Didn't melt off my skin. Excellent sunblock. Cons: very thick, like a foot balm or thick hand cream. hard to rub into the skin. left my skin with a very oily surface too.3
Used on my face while doing yard work. Sample size good for purse. Not greasy. There are many sunscreen brands available. Not sure if I will purchase.3
