Before you break out your bikinis and sarongs, make sure you stock up on SPF. We’re fans of this award-winning brand’s lightweight lotion, which meets all international standards for sun safety. Great for face and body alike, it provides broad-spectrum protection and lasts for up to 80 minutes in water. It’s so safe that even infants can wear it, and the 1.6 oz. tube is perfectly sized for your beach tote or carry-on.
It is a fairly thick sunscreen that didn't budge while outside. It didn't clog my pores and I didn't burn!4
I never remember to put on sunscreen in the summer (I know...), so when I got this in my Birchbox right before leaving for a lake trip, I was pumped. The tube lasted me the whole weekend, and for once I didn't get a second-degree burn on my nose. I really like the packaging; it looks really clean. If I decide to go into the sun again before the end of the summer, I'll be picking up a fullsize!4
When packing for vacation this sample from Birchbox came in handy! On this most recent vacation adventure I needed some reliable sunscreen to carry with me while I travelled. I threw the Supergoop Sun Lotion into my purse and we hit the road. When the midday sun was high and hot I applied the Supergoop to my face and arms to keep from turning red. Though I have sensitive skin I found this lotion was not too greasy and gave good, lasting coverage. Without a doubt I would use this product in the future.5
I love products that do more than one job at a time. I can use this on my face and body. But it does leave me wondering about whether it being on my face and body is a GOOD thing? I have ultra sensitive skin and I'm sensitive to products with a lot of that bad stuff that the cosmetic industry has been pumping into our skin for the last century. So I was excited to use a sunscreen that was paraben and fragrance free. I did like how it felt on, but I still had reservations on it being for both my body and face, so I tried it on my face, but it was a bit greasy for my already oily skin. I used it on my skin and I was pretty satisfied. I used it on a trip to New Mexico this summer in 104 degree weather and it held up to its sunscreen protection. I loved it was small for the TSA approved size, I am not sure if I'd buy it though since it is a bit expensive for me (I am a swimmer so I go through sunscreen like body lotion).3
I'm nervous to try new face products because I have sensitive skin but was going to be out in the sun on the 4th of July and needed a good sunscreen. This worked great!4
I am glad more and more sun blockers are coming out that use more ethical ingredients. I can even use this on my dog's pink nose!4
I love this moisturizer! It does not make my face oily during the day under my makeup like alot of other moisturizers do. Awesome product.5
I thought this was a great little moisturizer to have on hand! I keep in my gym bag and use as a moisturizer under my make-up. It's not at all greasy, is very light rubs in fast.4
I did really like this product. I am outside and swim quite a bit in the summer and this seemed to keep my face protected. However, I have combination - oily skin and this product was a little greasy for me.3
I will keep using it until the sample runs out, but thus far it seems no different from any other sunscreen. If i saw it at the store when buying sunscreen, i would contemplate getting it over neutrogena- my usual brand.3
