Before you break out your bikinis and sarongs, make sure you stock up on SPF. We’re fans of this award-winning brand’s lightweight lotion, which meets all international standards for sun safety. Great for face and body alike, it provides broad-spectrum protection and lasts for up to 80 minutes in water. It’s so safe that even infants can wear it, and the 1.6 oz. tube is perfectly sized for your beach tote or carry-on.
Getting an SPF in the June box made perfect sense for the summer and I am happy that I finally got to try a Supergoop product after seeing it around. Although I really like the product, I am not sure that I like it enough to spend the extra money on it. I also really appreciated that the sample came in a tube instead of a packet. This makes application much easier and the option for multiple uses possible.3
This lotion was really nice- light and not greasy. It smells great as well. I typically go for a higher protection if I'm going to be out in the sun, but I'd use this as a daily sunscreen/moisturizer for sure!4
I like Supergoop. It seems to provide good, long-lasting coverage for the beach, hiking, exercising and whatever else. I'm not sure about putting it on my face consistently, but it feels like a fairly light, not really greasy consistency, enough like moisturizer that I don't mind it on my face. It has a sunscreen smell but it's not overpowering and it is free of parabens4
The price is just too much for only 1.6 oz. of product. Sunscreen is something you apply liberally!3
Its nice. Doesn't stink like most sunblocks and very moisturizing.4
As a lotion it is great, very moisturizing and not too oily at all. As an SPF it seems like all of the others to me. A good product, but nothing amazing that I need to have.4
It absorbs super fast, which is nice, but the scent reminded me of old tires. Thankfully, the smell doesn't linger though. I tested it on a high UV day (level 9 in L.A.) and after an hour in the sun, still no burn (quite the acomplishment for me, I normally burn in about 20 minutes.) Overall, a pretty good product.3
its very greasy on the face. i prefer josie maran everyday sunblock.2
I'd received a sample of this through Sephora and knew it wasn't for me. The most disappointing part of my box this month. BUT it was the right formulation (Oil-free), so I certainly appreciate that my box was catered to my needs.1
I wish it was a little lighter-feeling on my face and I didn't love the smell.4
