While department stores seem to feature foundations in every possible beige tone, it’s not as easy to find shades for women of color. Dissatisfied with the limited choices available to them, the duo behind Ada Cosmetics set out to design their own skin-safe mineral makeup in a wide variety of hues. First up: this airy powder, which covers flaws and blends right into skin, so you’ll never have to worry about foundation lines.
I've been using another product to neutralize my rosacea and redness but it didn't really allow for buildable coverage so I thought I'd give this a try. I love the consistency and its very buildable. As long as I blot and re-powder mid day it really holds its own against my oily shine as well.3
Going from a wet foundation to this lightweight product was exactly what my skin needed after the transition from summer to fall.
After a work out I get a really red/flushed face, this Ada Cosmetics Foundation goes on simply and smoothly over my splotchy face to eliminate some of the redness, and is so lightweight it feels as though I don't have make up on.
Great skin-tone color choices, I think I may even go a shade darker when the summer months come back again!
I have try these for the past weeks and its pretty darn awesome, good coverage and not cakeky . This is a great product to have, handy to take where ever you go. I recommend this product.5
This mineral foundation goes on smooth and blends in perfectly. It does not have the grayish tone that some other foundations have on darker skin (I am Indian). The color is really perfect, though I did purchase one that was too dark at first (will keep it for the summer) and had to order a different one that was lighter and matched better. I definitely recommend it, and will be buying it again.5
