We love the sexy bedhead look, but our hair rarely looks hot right after we roll out of bed in the morning. That’s why we’re totally obsessed with this volumizing spray from celebrity stylist Oscar Blandi. All we have to do is lift sections of hair while spraying it from ends to roots, and voila! We’ve got sultry, tousled strands in less time than it takes to get a vanilla soymilk latte en route to the office.
I like the texture this spray provides. I used it on clean hair that was just falling flat and staticky. The spray added volume and some fun texture. However, the smell is terrible!! I ended up spraying perfume on my hair after to try to get rid of the weird chemical smell from the texture spray.3
I like this product. I can't say I love it because I feel like it didn't do much without adding a decent amount of spray. However, I will continue to try it. It doesn't leave your hair feeling dry or sticky.3
I am giving the texture and volume spray a 3 because it really does work well, but I am not very fond of the smell. If they could find a way to improve the smell I would be willing to give it 5 stars.3
The product is probably good for people who use product a lot. For me, I don't use a lot of hair product so it's hard for me to say if this is good or not. Sorry users3
Made my hair look awesome after rolling out of bed. The only downside was that it made my curly hair a little too dry. Nice scent and gave my hair some volume. Good product.3
I really wanted to like this, but it didn't do much for my hair. My hair is already fluffy and unruly and it even made it unrulier but just a little crunchy as well. It was almost as spraying regular hair spray to my hair. I was mostly looking for texture and thickness.. maybe it would work better if I had straightened my hair well first so that it was smoother, but it would still require too much work and either way I will probably not pay such a steep price for a product that does the same thing as my $ 3 hairspray. I didn't like the smell either.3
While I feel this product worked OK enough, the smell was so overwhelming (it was....fishy almost?!) that I just couldn't use it. It didn't go away either! for the price of this product, I'd say skip it and try something else, there are a lot of much better (and less stinky!) dry shampoos on the market!2
This product was not for me. The sent was overbearing. If you have fine hair and it hold a curl you will like this.2
I haven't used hairspray since my mom would use it to make my bangs puffy in the early 90s. However, I do like products that give my hair a little extra texture and give it a kind of beachy look, so I was excited to try this when I got the sample. I tried it a few times, but it just felt like any other hairspray I've used in the past. My hair felt sticky and stiff, not textured and naturally flowy. I like the idea of a spray that adds texture and volume, but not at the expense of having hair I can run my fingers through.2
I didnt care for this item. It smelt awful and left my hair feeling dirty. It also didnt have much effect on my hair having volume but that could be because my hair is long and heavy. My sisters hair is shorter and she loved it though.2
