We're kicking the outdated, crunchy curl look to the curb. This lightweight styling lotion gives definition to stubborn curls. The creamy formula delivers fluffy, touchable curls and larger than life volume, without weighing down your hair's natural bounce. It's made with a healing blend of avocado, coconut, sweet almond, and olive to repair dry, damaged locks. Plus, the fresh scent is sublimely subtle enough for everyday wear.
I didn't care for the scent of this product. It had a mixture of baby powder and fish oil and was very overpowering. I am more of a fan of chemically smelling products, and found this smell it be unappealing. The lotion was kind of greesy and left my hair looking greasy as well. There is a change that I put to much in my hair but I followed the directions, so IDk. I wouldn't purchase this in the future.3
I already own the full size version of this... smells like fabric softener a little bit adn give soft curls that tame frizz.4
Made my curls appear AND feel greasy and weighed down. My curl didnt look like it always does. Def not a fan.1
for some reason, this brand makes my hair flat and oily.3
I really enjoyed this curly hair styling product! It literally smells like clean laundry and works really well on naturally curly hair. My curls definitely dried soft instead of hard like many other curly hair products do. Very happy!5
I had high hopes for this product as there are other Miss Jessie products I love but am disappointed. First, I have to say, the scent is like bad laundry detergent and it only fades a bit as the day goes on. This product did not offer my hair any hold so half way through the day I became a frizzy mess. Quick Curls offered more hold but I still had to layer with an additional product to get the definition and lack of frizz that I want.1
This product leaves my hair dull but soft and I didn't like the smell.2
I wasn't totally wowed by this product.. but I didn't hate it either. I liked that it didn't make my hair super crunchy like some curling products have a tendency to do, but it also didn't give my naturally curly hair very much curl or oomph. I also hate that the sample came in a pouch like packaging that wasn't resalable (meaning more than half will probably be wasted by spilling, drying out, etc.).3
I own Miss Jessies Jelly Curls and I'm not sure what the difference is between the two products. The curls turn out the same and both products have the same smell. The only difference is the consistency....one is more of a gel while the other one is more of a cream. I've never worked with creams before and think I will stick to the Jelly Curls.3
This product made my curls soft but not frizzy or crunchy and they held for a couple of days! High recommend for anyone who has hair like mine- naturally wavy and thick.5
