This artisanal lip balm is the best thing to come out of Oregon since Portlandia. Free of artificial ingredients, it’s made with shea butter, jojoba, and other natural hydrators. We love the dense, smooth texture and two sweet flavors Pomegranate & Fig (a Birchbox exclusive!) and Coconut Almondine Lip Butter. Plus, the indie cool design of its recyclable MIRON glass container will look right at home with all our sleek fab.com finds.
The lip butter smelled odd to me and I personally prefer a stick as opposed to pots. However, it did hydrate my lips and I didn't have to reapply it as often as other lip products.2
I loved the smell and texture of this lip balm. I'm a bit of a lip product junkie and this fit nicely into my collection of balms. I was a little disappointed in the size of the sample though. Great for a tiny clutch or minaudiere but doesn't last very long.4
Love it and the flavor. Only thing is I'm not really a fan of lip balms you have to use your finger with.4
I have awful chapped lips. I haven't yet found anything that heals them of all the l products I have tried. I live in a dry climate as well. This product felt good going on and good wearing it. I like the scent. Although it did not cure my chapped lips, it made them better, and that's something! I will probably buy the regular size, I like it so much.5
This is an average lip butter. The smell is fine but sort of strange, although I suppose this is supposed to be a natural product. It was only moderately moisturizing for me.3
I really enjoy this product the scent of this product is the most enjoyable! I really also like how the lip butter moisturizes my lips to the full ability. I highly recommend this product to anyone!5
Nice clean balm - doesn't smell and lasts for a decent amount of time. It's not very greasy though you have to rub a lot before getting enough but I still really like it.4
I've been using a lip balm for a few years that I generally like, but this lip butter leaves my lips feeling not just less dry - they actually feel moisturized, and for awhile. Where before I was applying balm quite a few times throughout the day, I find I apply my Mox with much less frequency. It looks a bit pricey, but I expect that my pot will last me as long as it would cost to replace the amount of the other brands I so frequently needed to replace, and what will now become my back-up instead of my go-to.5
I am not normally a fan of lip butters but I really liked this one. The pomegranate fig scent was really nice and I liked how it moisturized my lips without being too greasy or heavy. I really like using before I put on lipgloss as a way to smooth my lips.4
I have a terrible habit of picking at already chapped lips, this makes my lips soft immediately and prevents me from feeling the need to pick. A little bit goes a long way, and it stays put.4
