Day-to-day sun exposure requires the same precautions as an afternoon spent poolside. This light yet powerful serum fulfills that everyday need. Both a moisturizer and a broad-spectrum SPF 30, it fights the signs of premature aging (think: fine lines and sunspots) and prevents future photo-damage from UV rays. Supergoop!®'s unique Hydrovotin 24 complex works with the skin's own moisture mechanisms to increase hydration levels, while vitamins E and B5 heal past damage. A chemical sunscreen duo absorbs both UVA rays that lead to premature aging and UVB rays that cause sunburn. The top-of-the-line PA +++ rating means the formula meets the highest standards for sun protection. The kicker? This sunscreen serum is noncomedogenic and paraben- and fragrance-free—just what the doctor ordered for sensitive skin.
I don't usually use moisturizer with sunscreen in it, but this is convenient with the combination of both. I work for about five hours a day in the sun, and this has provided me with plenty of protection from burn while still getting some color.4
I am unable to determine how effective this product is. It seems that it has good intentions. However, the sample is too small. Plus, the idea of applying this with sunblock seems a bit gimmicky. Sorry!5
This was a pretty great sunscreen. It had a very nice consistency that was not too thick or too goopy. I felt like I was being protected from the sun without wearing a thick layer4
I'm not sure what makes this different than their sunscreen.. But it does feel nice and light. I guess lighter than the sunscreen while still effective?3
This was great and I am sure it has a ton in it that make is $42, but I am just not going to spend that for a sunscreen.5
Works well for brief outdoor stays, does not leave face feeling too oily. Haven't aged much so thats cool too.3
This went on smoothly- it did not feel heavy or oily. No issues with scent or texture. Wore it out during a day when I was in and out of the sub at an event and did not get any redness at all.4
I really liked this sunscreen as it didn't have too powerful of a scent and went on smoothly. It doubled as a moisturizer for me as well, which was nice. Overall a plus!3
While protecting my skin from UV damage, it left my skin glowing and happy. I occasionally use it as a primer for my BB cream and it gives me that dewy look that's perfect for a low key summer day.5
I received this serum in one of my monthly boxes last summer, and I have been a loyal user ever since. It's lightweight but still moisturizing and offers great sun protection. I use it alone in the summer and under a moisturizer in the winter when I need a little extra.
It's pretty pricey, but my first bottle lasted me well over 6 months, so it's worth the investment!
